if that driver had stayed at the scene after hitting the vehicle they would have faced a $215, $216 fine. because he was young, panicked and took off from the scene, he's now potentially facing a litany of charges. plus, all the damage to the garage and the extra damage to the car as well. when somebody walks into a place with a helmet on you know they are up to no good. that happened at the handbag clinic in the uk. that guy walks in and he has a piece of metal ambassadornd a k. he's threatening employees. that guy was driving the motor bike. he takes some. that was an innocent bystander coming in. gets pushed out, dragged in. >> oh, man. this guy has no clue what's going on. >> having the worst day. >> after he's pushed around by the first guy he looks out and
