that was hanging down from the hot air balloon. you can see the people gathered around starting to run. you can't really tell if they're laughing or whimpering because the fireworks are now popping off. >> the level of stupidity on display is mind blowing. one, they take the fireworks up in a hot air balloon that could have been easily pierced or blown up. he's launching them into a neighborhood where they could easily destroy homes and things like that. it's so irresponsible. >> that looked like an air atta attack. >> some folks made mention of that. especially because the olympics are about to happen. they don't want this negativity around the country. >> aside from pulling a prank on the folks in the area, but there's nothing funny about it. it lasted about a minute. there was at least 30 explosions. >> wow. >> that could have set somebody's house on fire. that could have burned somebody. >> did they ever catch up with these people? >> don't have any information right now.
