jie gantism that makes his arm 44 pounds. and as you can see his hand and his arm do not look like everyone else's. he was born different. this is part of a video called "born different." he says that he can walk for ten minutes but because it's so heavy he then has to rest for ten minutes and then his shoulders get sore. >> right. and the back pain and the fact that you're being pulled off balance the whole time. >> this is a genetic disorder that he has. when he was born he had one finger that was very, very large. but now, his whole arm is just evidence of this disorder. >> is there anything he can do about it? >> he can get medical treatment but he has to pay for it and there needs to be somebody who is able to do it. you do see him visiting a doctor and a doctor talks about what needs to be done.
