of your pets. you could see this poor dog caught in the railing on the balcony. according to neighbors and police, that dog had been on the balcony for hours. in extreme heat without water, without food. of course the dog wants to get out of there, but this poor animal gets stuck and you could hear the people on the ground talking to the dog, trying to calm it down. >> i thought he was going to slip out. >> no other way without human help, but then, this happens. >> where'd he go? >> it fell on to one of those awnings, you guys. >> pulled a jackie chan. >> i don't know if that was it exactly, authorities came, they took the dog to the vet and said the zog perfectly fine now at an animal shelter. police are investigating this case because they say you don't leave a dog out like that. >> people are stupid, i'm sorry. you've got to be blunt about that. how do you not know that? >> he's not a cat, but he's got
