ádeaths over the past 24 hours. which ábrings the total death toll to 3156. our ástate has close to 77,000 covid-19 cases. here in the bay area, solano county reported three aditional ádeaths overnight. san ámateo, santa clara, and alamed ácounties each had one additional deah. ámost states around the country have at least allowed partial áreopening of businesse and árestaurants, but as fox's aisha áhosni reports, there is some concern in hard-hit new york about a resurgence. >> reporter: america is back in busines. á nearly coast-to-coast, by the end áof the weekend, 48 states will be at least partially á reopen in some form. >> i wanted to come back since, i'm áreally excited. >> reporter: only massachusetts and áconnecticut keeping strict stay-at-áhome orders in place. even hardest hit new york is allowing some areas to reopen. governor cuomo saying saturday he is considering reopening á race tracks, baseball, and other actiitiesá in limited
