15 weeks. you said not realistic. if you got a red wave in '24 and you are president haley, what would you agree if you had the votes? where would you draw the line? do you think a national ban is appropriate? >> i think first of all, we have to be honest with the american people and i don't think they have been honest with them on that. first of all, i will say i'm pro-life, unapol jettically, not because the republican party tells me to be, but because my husband was adopted and i had trouble having both my children. we have to humanize this situation and stop demonizing it. to get a federal law, you have to have 60 senate votes and presidential signature. we might have 45, 45 pro-life senators, we've got a long way to go. we need to look at this and say how do we make sure we save as

says you are not the right person to speak to the issue of china. he says you shouldn't suggest that china military in any respect has gotten stronger than the u.s., you served administration that the u.s. in weaker position, cozied up to president xi and you would bring back failed policy. know you he is coming up, what do you say to that critique? >> god bless him. look at the military situation, they have the largest naval fleet in the world, they have 340 ships. we have 293. they will have 400 in two years, we won't even have 350 in two decades. they started developing hyper sonic missiles, we are just getting started. they are modernizing their military, our military is taking gender pronoun classes. look at cyber and space, they are ahead of us.

we have work to do to strengthen our military. spine has been preparing for war with us for decades and way we have to deal with china is not look at it tomorrow fchl we keep waiting to deal with them tomorrow, they will deal with us today. we have to deal with them diplomatically, we have to deal with them economically and militarily. from a domestic standpoint, make sure they stop buying up u.s. farmland. they bought 400,000 acres near military installation, get them out of universities. they are paying millions to spread propaganda. make sure they stoch bringing fentanyl across the border fchl that means we end normal trade relations with them to do that, do that. stop lobbying that happened from chinese companies that are a front for the chinese communist party.

schools handle this? saw some college presidents and chancellors today. we didn't see unc. i want to see the plan forward. is there a clear and consistent plan forward? don't say something on sunday and something different on monday. harvard and unc and every university has to address this and have a clear plan moving forward. >> shannon: the court says you can have personal essays, there just can't be using race as factor. a lot of back and forth between justices jab jackson and thomas. jackson said with let them eat cake, majority pulls rip cord and announced color blindness, doing so in law does not make it so in life.

conversation by the justices. we are looking at these couple cases and not entirety of the term. last week, what you saw rule, john rob effort erts saying we have bias. now to say we are moving to color neutral system seems to be schizophrenia on the court. where doug left off, what will universities and colleging do? this conversation around affirmative action makes it seem harvard has 50% african american. it is only 6.6% or university of georgia, state of georgia 30% and their black population at university of georgia is 8.2%. what will universities do now? is this beginning of the end of standardized testing? most put a pause on the testing,

it is split, amongst age and political party temperature is record lows in how, i think extremely or very proud individuals are to be american. >> shannon: fox news polling talk about this and how people feel about the country and the numbers are negative, too. >> well, a lot is going on, of course. people feel threatened, the economy stinks and people know it. i just came back from kentucky and average income is $55,000 per year. they go to buy food, they have to put things back, because they cannot afford it. only a few people, i think 4% didn't feel proud of their country. as mom of son getting ready to be an army officer and active duty army officer, for those people, recognize people sacrificed for freedom and we need to be appreciative.
