some canines went into the building and they came back out shortly after that with a stretcher. we don't know if they found anyone, but we do know that john rather works for a substance abuse center in the building and he has not been heard from since the fire broke out. coworkers say that the fire happen fast and they did not see him after the fire. the building was built in the 1970s and there are no sprinkler systems in the building. after the work is finished, the entire building will be knocked down. this is a place of many memories for some people. many found sobriety here with john. >> they allow that and they gave hope. >> they do a wonderful job and they have been here for 18 years. it is very sad.

facility and it is no surprise. the denver police have identified the driver and victims involved in a fatal crash yesterday afternoon at the intersection of mexico in colorado boulevard. police say that the victim was slumped over the wheel. this was 2:20 p.m. firefighters checked on him and he sped off toward the intersection of colorado in mexico where the light was red. witnesses say that the wit was going 70-80 mph when he slammed into a car that was at a complete stop. he killed both the men inside. they have been identified as anthony mills and jonathan medicals -- nichols. >> the trunk crushes easier than the frame. it is hard to tell these days. the cars are designed to crumple like a piece of paper to keep the people inside safe. in this instance, it was such a severe damage that the folks
