new overnight, turkey's interior minister says investigators have detained one person in connection to yesterday's suicide bombing in istanbul. turkish leaders say the suspect was detained late tuesday -- no other details were given. we've just learned that all 10 people killed in the explosion were german. this morning pope francis invited the faithful to pray for the bombing victims. new information in the deadly paris attacks this morning. belgian investigators revealed they idenfitied three homes used by the suspects to prepare for the attacks. the two apartments and a house were all rented under fake names and paid for in cash. investiagtors also say a b-m-v driven by one of the suspects was stopped near the apartments in brussels. authorities believe the other suspect's house was used to make suicide belts. the mexican government is now

between hollywood star sean penn and drug lord joaquin "el chapo" guzman. they want to find out if any illegal acts took place. they gave this example: if any money or gifts exchanged hands, it could be considered money laundering. penn said that he has nothing to hide about the meeting. guzman was on the run after escaping a maximum security prison. he was recaptured friday. it seems that self- driving cars are the way of the future... and now they're getting support from a big politician. gregg will fill us in on the developments... but first, lets

briefly falling below $30 a barrel yesterday. it's trading higher this morning. the obama administration is expected to announce new efforts tomorrow to boost self- driving cars. currently, there is no legal framework governing autonomous vehicles on u-s roads. automakers and tech companies have called on regulators to clarify rules, partly out of concern an accident involving a self-driving car could lead to costly lawsuits. ford says it's the first to test self- driving cars in the snow. the winter weather testing is taking place in michigan, including at m-city which you see here. m-city is a full- scale simulated real-world urban environment at the university of michigan. snow is one of the biggest hurdles preventing deployment of self-driving cars. let's check in with

that went looking for food at a pizzeria in the springs back in september? not so little anymore. the cub has packed on the pounds - under expert care - going from 40 to 140 pounds - and now he's set to return to the wild. wildlife workers took the cub to an undisclosed woodsy-location - where the hope is he won't remember how wonderful pizza is and that returning to the city is the way to get it. the bear cub will hopefully not find any campers' food either! hey - larimer county says that its campgrounds are already getting booked up for the summer! the ones at horsetooth reservoir are full for july 4th weekend - and almost all the early summer weekends too! the other campgrounds are following the same pattern. reservations can
