fix allowed them to use it briefly last january, occasional hoops and a-- occasional hoops and a science fair. >> 4 different inspections that say, things need to be done. it sounds like in on the mechanical system. >> the latest inspection blames humidity, caused by multiple problems, including improperly installed floors and equipment. peterson construction is the main contractor and wouldn't do an interview but sent a statement saying they knew about the problems of the holly gym. they disagree, saying the equipment was installed properly, as was confirmed by third party inspectors in 2013 and 2015. they say they are currently trying to help pinpoint where the new wood floor. that floor will be delivered in the next 2 weeks. foot that bill right now.

2 died in wyoming outside the jackson hole resort. saturday 1 of 3 snow mobilers died. a man and home in jefferson county, shot and killed a man craigslist sale. the sheriff's office is looking for the second robber who got away and whether the shooting was justified. deputies say 2 men showed up at the home to look at the man's model cars. the seller says the men pulled a gun on him, tied him up and went into the garage. the homeowner said he broke free, got his own gun and confronted the men trying to sell his car. one man left in the car they came in, the other who was shot took off in the homeowner's suv, crashed, and later died. scot robinson says the home ownser not protected by colorado's make my day law because the shooting did not happen inside the house. but he could be protected by self defense laws. >> you can use self defense, at

death. they can use deadly force the home. >> we still don't know all the details about what happened outside the home. today police found the older mustang that the other suspect drove away from the scene, a stolen car from lakerood and abandoned in federal heights. 2 separate, similar robberies are under and longmont. thieves armed with guns stole marijuana that had been advertised on craigslist. 9 news reporter jessica oh explains how the suspects were arrested. >> craigslist should be treated with caution, they recommend buying and selling in public places and with a friend. that is the advice longmont police say a 24-year-old man followed, offered to meet someone who responded to his ad at mcdonalds, it offered with free marijuana. it did not end well. >> he got into the person's vehicle and was robbed of his marijuana at gun point. >> people offer so-called free

selling it like that illegal, even in colorado. the suspect sped away, the victim followed and got the license plate for police which is how investigators figured the same car was involved in another marijuana robbery earlier in the day. >> fort collins police department had a similar incident. >> police caught the suspects after spotting the car with wyoming plates on i-25 and fort collins, several suspects were arrested and investigators say the victim wanted to give away free pot in longmont may be changed. >> probably trying to get around the laws of the state. our big concern was the robbery. >> and the dangers of buying and selling on the interset. jessica oh, 9 news. the suspects involved, all 4 of them are charged with aggravated robbery of a controlled substance. please officers shot a man early this morning in critical condition, greeley officers were called to a home on 16th avenue,

on reports of an intox icated man causing a disturbance. police used tasers which didn't work. officers say the man came toward them with a weapon and one of them fired. investigators believe the man stabbed himself in the chest. no officers were hurt. the man was wanted for felony assault and escaping custody of the department of corrections. a rancher in agate was shot and killed on his land saturday evening. edward butler noticed someone was inside his home so he took a closer look. this is a photo of the suspect. butler was found shot dead a short time later. the sheriff's office is asking the public for help identifying this man. the number to call with information is there on the bottom of the screen. suspect has an earring in his left ear and wear as large wrist watch on his left wrist. deputies are telling people the suspect should not be approached if seen. anyone with information is asked to call that number, 303-674-6745 . advocates for denver's homeless stood up today for the right to rest.

bill that failed to pass last yearism organizers with the advocacy group named denver homeless out loud rallied on the step thofz capitol to gain momentum for a second try. introduce it again. the bill outlines rights of homeless, a plate to sleep, right to accept food and maintain the privacy of their belongings. >> seen a lot of inivists and brutality-- injustice and brutality for little to no reason perpetuated by people that don't understand often people aren't to blame for their conditions. >> more towns and cities are passing ordinances that punish homelessness. critics are concerned it opens door for lawsuits. cu is boulder is popular. up 10%, 5 straight years of increasing application numbers. cu received 33,661 freshman

using cpr and aud to jump start his heart atill paramedics arrived. >> i was the luckiest person on earth. i mean, there is no way i should be here. very fortunate i was where i was when it happened, that christy the nurse was there as i fell. the paramedics knew what they were doing and everyone here knew, the odds of me making it were slim. >> doctors say he is fortunate to be alive, he coated 3 more times before stabilized after leaving. no heart damage and he avoided broken bones in the process of cpr. >> a miracle. >> yep. colorado's weather could be the envy of everyone back east. >> absolutely.

high today 37 is cooler than the average of 44. at the airport, snow showers, 28, winds east-southeast at 5. cloudy, calm in the backyard with a few snow flakes time to time and 28 outside the studios. we are tracking the fast-moving snow showers on the back sid of low pressure, east-- back side of the low pressure, east of the area. the purple is where we are seeing heavier snow drop a half inch of snow. drier air is working from the north, as will be the trend. travel advoyeurs have canceled throughout the state. our area of low pressure is off to the east with the advisories pushing into new mexico and central texas. in the high country, the snow is amazing, 24 hour snow reports 6-17 inches. we may add to the numbers on the back side of the system but we are about to settle into a warm and drying trend with highs above average the rest of this week. here is the low, making its way

system already moving on shore. in california the high pressure anchors where it is, keep a lot of the precip and energy to the north of us. things are calming in the east coast area but another storm system tracking that way, more rain and snow in an area where they don't need it will complicate an already difficult travel scenario across philadelphia, chicago, and new york. sunny tomorrow with a cool 40. they will turn heavier between colorado springs and pueblo, other than a few high clouds overnight. smooth travel on i-25 and i-70 corridor, up in the mountains we look for overnight lows between zero and 10 above. lower elevation temperatures between 10 and 15 degrees. cool. keep the jacket handy, it will look warmer. outside although pueblo at 50, almost 50 in pueblo, 50 lamar, 28 aspen. the numbers will be milder than the numbers we speerned today.
