agents arrested two brothers leading the group of anti-government protesters in oregon. ammon and ryan bundy took over the federal land reguge three weeks ago. the brothers and their followers

the refuge as part dispute over public west. was killed when agents moved in to arrest the members of the armed group on their way to a community meeting away from the refuge. in all... 8 people were arrested. newspaper reports say protesters were still at the refuge tuesday evening. overnight in seattle... someone started shooting at a homeless camp... killing two people... and injuring three others. police say the victims lived in the encampment known as "the jungle".... and that the shooting was targeted. no one has been arrested - but police say they're looking for 2 persons of interest. a denver elementary school substitute teacher and nine more people... are all accused of trying to sleep with under age girls. here's a look at all ten of their faces... ice's homeland security investigation office arrested the group... after a two day undercover sting. all 10 suspects

soliciting a child prostitute and attempted child sex assault. investigators say 3 of the 10 are here illegally from mexico. 2 others - hold positions of public trust. three of the suspects appeared in court yesterday... the rest - including the teacher- will face a judge today. 35-year-old david hocker is an elementary school teacher at warren village in denver. a spokesperson for the undercover team says hocker might be tied to other sex crimes as well. we called warren elementary about whether they had conducted a background check on hocker-- but no one has gotten back with us. pot rules could get stricter for growers... to make sure certain pesticides aren't being used. the rule changes are coming up for debate at the state capitol. tens of thousands of pesticides are available to kill off mold, mildew, fungus and bugs... and government leaders want to regulate what pesticides can be

many pot growers say they want a on what's okay and the proposed bill would change state law to of products of what's safe to use on pot plants. vermont could when it comes to legalizing pot. a new bill would remove civil penalities for possession of an ounce of less of marijuana for anyone over the age of 21. the proposal also offers strict consequences for people over 21 who give alcohol or marijuana to minors. a lot of people are working in colorado -- a sign the economy is still holding strong. colorado's unemployment rate dropped again in december - and is now at its lowest rate since april 2007. according to the latest numbers: the state added more than 10-thousand payroll jobs - lowering the unemployment rate to 3-and-a-half percent. it's the sixth straight month of decline since june - when it was: 4- point-4 percent. construction, hospitality and manufacturing all
