today for a woman accused of leaving an expectant mother for dead - and taking her unborn child. the victim will be among the first people to testify against dynel lane. lane has pleaded not guilty. she's accused of cutting the fetus from michelle wilkins womb last march. the trial will be held in boulder county. 9news reporter tarhonda thomas will have a live reports starting at 5 a-m. nearly a dozen cars were stolen from mcmanus motors while the owner says he was sleeping. there's no surveillance video and wheat ridge police told 9news reporter jonathan gonzalez - they don't have any suspects. "i had this crazy, crazy dream last night." while trevor mcmanus was sleeping... "i was breaking and entering into these buildings and i stole all this stuff." he says a thief -- or more likely a group of them -- were carrying out what would evolve into nightmare come true. "i can't believe that happened. can you believe that? i can't believe that happened to me." he says 11 cars were stolen from his corner dealership at harlan and i-70. 5:09 so this window here is how they got in. 5:12 a smash and grab

of the existing cars. one of the stolen vehicles was found last night in arvada. the other 10 are still missing. police tell us some of them may still have mcmanus motors dealership plates on them. two denver police officers won't faces charges for the deadly shooting of a suspect during a standoff last year. district attorney mitch morrissey found that police technicians frederick jones and jesse rembert were justified in shooting miguel angel martinez last november -- officers and swat team members were called to a home for a shooting call. investigators say martinez had shot himself in the leg and refused to come out. he was shot by officers as they entered the home.

owner of the shop--richard wyatt... house. he was released on after pleading not guilty to in firearms without a license - and tax- related charges. wyatt allegedly sold guns illegally - and failed to report more than one million dollars to the i-r-s. the dylan redwine civil case is now filing error. the wrongful against mark redwine -- dylan's father. dylan's mother's attorney... elaine filed the lawsuit against her ex after the statute of limitations had expired. the court said the lawsuit should have been filed within 2 years of being found. says they filed the years after the family was first told the remains belonged to dylan. 13-year-old dylan disappeared from 2012.

investigators say his father is a person of interest -- but no criminal charges have been filed. i-70 in glenwood canyon will be closed until at least thursday two rockslides in just a matter of hours forced c-dot to close a 15 mile interstate late monday night. 9news reporter noel brennan is us. noel, drivers are dealing with a 5 hour detour. that's right, gary. the closure starts near dotsero and goes to glenwood springs. drivers are being sent about 200 miles out of their way... up to steamboat, over to craig, down to rifle and back onto i-70. this is what drivers will be dealing with at least until tomorrow afternoon. and this is why. both lanes of i-70 were covered in boulders the size of small cars.

rockslide that happened in glenwood canyon on monday. this one damaged a car and a semi truck. the car was able to drive through, but the truck was stuck - pinned by a huge boulder. thankfully, the driver wasn't hurt. c-dot started to clear away some of the rocks yesterday... while geologists checked the hillside on foot and from the air. c-dot has a lot of work left to do. they've got to remove all the rocks, fix the road and put up netting on the hillside. they hope to have one lane open by tomorrow afternoon. east and westbound traffic will alternate and be led by a pilot car, cheryl. the more we learn about a rock slide in southwestern colorado -- the more amazed we are that no one was hurt. the rocks were so big and did so much damamge part of the highway near durango will be closed most of the week. the rocks came down on sunday... but it could take crews through friday to completely clear u-s 550. c-dot posted these photos on their

westminster kennel club dog show crowned a new champion in madison square garden last night. more than three- thousand dogs competed in the show. and this year a german shorthaired pointer from california named c.j won it all. c.j. is three years old and is only the third of his breed to win the coveted crown. previous short- haired pointers were crowned in 1975 and more recently in 2005. the westminister dog show is the second-oldest continuously-held sporting event in the united states... the only event that is older is the kentucky derby. we now know just how many people used r-t-d on the day of the broncos
