the bucket there but the visit -- put the visitors up. the nuggets between make a run, pulled within 5 in the third. the 3-ball to do it. denver down, but they get no closer. nuggets lose by 20. 121-101. >> it was a lot more than just lack of energy. it was lack of fight, lack of togetherness, we talked going into the game about taking care of the basketball, 29 points, 22 turn overs their ability to get into transition. we quit on a number of plays tonight, and i felt we were a very selfish team. >> we sucked! we needed to have more energy at the jump. there were turnovers. they scored a lot off our turnovers, fast break points.

they showed the sunday night audience it was super bowl caliber. keeping aaron rodgers to just 77 yards passing. big moment number 4, talib's big 6 against flacco. this set the tone for the entire season. it's difficult to think about it now. but the broncos could have easily lost each of the first six games, but they started 6-0, largely because of the great defense. cj anderson's over time touchdown run and the pats was number 3. pats were the defending super bowl chasms, and 10-0 entering the game. not only did the broncos prove they could win, this gave them home field advantage. perhaps the most spine-tingling
