this is 9news. >> several agencies are working a brush fire burning near the town of strasbourg east of denver. burned out 100-acres. it's ?k a resident tells us the fire is about a half mile from county road 157. he says he noticed smoke around 4:00 this afternoon. then the winds picked up. and others are using heavy equipment, farm equipment, fire officials say no structures are threatened. this was called in about 15 till 4:00 this afternoon. we will continue to monitor this brush fire and we will give you updates as we get them. it's happened again, someone has been shooting cattle in lincoln county near hugo. ranchers are fed up. over the past three years, five with wild antelope. 9news reporter victoria sanchez went to lincoln county and

they later clarified it was a piece of equipment called an aluminum splitter. they coat aluminum in steel coils. it's been in business for 35 years and hasn't had any violations or recent cases in the past 15 years. police in lakewood have released the name of a 30-year- old man who was killed last week after apparently jumping from a moving suv during an argument with his sister-in- law. they say he was brandon cable man from lakewood thursday night. his sister-in-law reported the two were arguing when cable man jumped out of the suv. the vehicle then hit power poles and traffic signals near tenth and garrison. police haven't confirmed the account of what happened and they're trying to determine who was driving. hillary clinton has widened her national lead over donald trump to ten points according to the latest nbc news survey monkey weekly tracking pole. clinton's 51 to 41% lead was up
