once called "not grounded in reality" is ready to face the justi system. robert dear is accused of killing three people in a colorado springs planned parenthood last november. after his arrest- he repeatedly interrupted the judge, called himself a warrior for babies and fought with his defenders. ju unfit to stand trial in may.. the shooter called the judge a "filthy animal" in that hearing. today the judge will check back in to see if he's made enough progress to return to the courtroom. one of the men accused of mistakenly robbing the wrong home and seriously wounding a middle school teacher... is due in court today. cody jones turned himself in to golden police last month. the home invasion happened in may. police say jones and three other people went to the wrong golden home- looking for drugs and cash.

one of the suspects--caleb williams--got in a fight and stabbed each other. jones faces a handful of charges--including attempted second degree murder. a former c-u student accused of rape- won't spend any time in prison and prosecutors aren't happy. the boulder daily camera reports--a boulder judge sentenced 22- year-old austin wilkerson to jail work-released and probation. wilkerson was convicted in may of sexual assault and unlawful sexual contact. that means he'll spend two years in the boulder county ja.. but he'll be allowed to leave during the day to go to work or school. it isn't often police get surveillance video of possible house burglars. arvada police are hoping this time- they've found their suspects. these two men are suspected of burglarizing a house in the 66 hundred block of upham street. police say they took a laptop and credit cards - then used the cards at businesses nearby. police pulled the

if you recognize either man, call metro denver crime stoppers. you could get a reward, you don't have to give your name. one extra zero in some paperwork might have saved you a few bucks.. but it cost adams county one point eight million dollars. we took the typo to an adams county spokes person who said... it was a simple human error- nobody lost their job and in the long run the county will be able to cover the lost money. the typo saved about seven dollars for property owners of a 265 thousand dollar home- so not much on an individual basis. don't worry- the county won't come looking for that seven dollars. the county also has new oversight procedures to catch future errors. to some athletes- some wins just mean more than others. the men's synchronized diving team proved that with their silver medal finish wednesday night. it was the highest medal ever earned for the u-s in the

like-- everyday-- we're hearing about a different controversy. you know what they say, gary-: another day... another drama... at least that's true when it comes to the presidential campaign. and there's enough drama to "go around" for both campaigns. hillary clinton's campaign is dealing with allegations that it engaged in "pay for play" tactics. a conservative group obtained more of clinton's emails-- which they say-- show that the clinton foundation asked the "state department" for favors. clinton says-- that never happened. she's also trying to distance herself from "this" man-- sitting right behind her at a rally in florida. he's the father of the orlando the scenario to fuel a claim his claims that democrats are tied to radical islam.
