while the driver was backing his boat into the water. the driver says the truck's tires slid on moss on the boat ramp and there was nothing that he could do. the dive team pulled the truck out with the help of air bags placed underneath. two motorcycle riders are killed this afternoon in a crash in the big thompson canyon. the car also involved in the crash. authorities are not releasing any other information at this point. the highway was closed for several hours but is back tonight. a shooting outside of denver strip club overnight has left one man dead. police were called to the club around 3:30 this morning. they found a man dead in the parking lot. police have not released his name or how he died. lightning killed a man from arvada who was camping northwest of fort collins. the larimer county coroner says he was staying in a cabin when a severe thunderstorm moved

he was outside between two trees when lightning hit. colorado ranks third in lightning deaths annually behind florida and texas. five adults and an unborn baby are dead after a shooting rampage in alabama. a man was upset that his girlfriend was trying to leave the abusive relationship. so he went over to her relative's home and murdered five people inside, including a woman who was pregnant. the suspect drove his girlfriend and a three month old baby to missi them go and turned himself in. the girlfriend and baby were not injured. the suspect will be charged with six counts of capital murder. a suicide bomber who attacked a wedding in turkey was between 12 to 14 years according to turkey's president. dozens more were wounded in the attack in the southeastern part of the country. the president blamed isis for the bombing. a massive dust storm swept

40s up in the mountains. the rest of tonight, what you see is what you get. tomorrow morning, waking up to sunshine for the eastern side of the state. but a couple clouds pushing in from the southwest. this will only intensify as the afternoon goes on. around 2:00, 3:00, heavy downpours towards the san juans. the moisture tries to feed into the metro area but i don't think we will so much. we will a couple of the gusty thunderstorms that push through if anything. and the winds go wild the storms are long gone. i know tomorrow first day of school for all of those kids out there at dps. early in the morning, temperatures in the low 60s. maybe send them off with the sweatshirt. it will be in the backpack in no time. by the afternoon, one or two thunderstorms but it will be a hot one. back to the 90s we go. 60s and 70s in frisco. where the cooler air is inching in from the southwest, that

stay in the 60s. 70s in nederland, blackhawk and idaho springs. we will crank it up 10 to 15 degrees around the metro areas in northern colorado. it's going to be a scorcher. high pressure pushes off to the east, making way for a storm system out there in parts of canada. that will dip in cooler air by mid week. a better shot of rain for us wednesday and thursday. a taste of fall and the tail end of sr. middle of the week. >> and then more sunshine. >> thank you, danielle. here it is, the final medal count for the rio olympics. the united states had 121 medals total, including 46 gold.
