minimum it is unclear what the punishment could be. >> you have to have some presence of mind to know that and to know what a danger you could be to someone else including yourself. >> reporter: ryan haarer, 9news. >> he faces additional charges including reckless charges and driving without insurance. police are looking for a driver accused of ramming a police pickup truck. police tried to contact the driver near a motel 6 off of east 39th avenue. the driver rammed into the police vehicle and took off. the officer was not injured. the black pickup truck was abandon six miles away. that is where the driver was caught on surveillance camera taking a white pickup truck in the lot. >> we heard nothing. it happened that fast.
