denver police car- and so far he's gotten away with it. but- police are hoping someone will spot the suspect truck... it started monday morning when officers approached a stolen chevy pickup near peoria and 39th avenue. the driver rammed the police cruiser and took off. nobody was hurt.

stolen truck... they're looking for this one. surveillance video shows the driver swapped one stolen vehicle for another and took off. police are looking for a 19-98 white ford f-250 with black flames. it has montana plates - b-4-8-1-3. call 9-1-1 if you see it. two children are safe this morning... ...after someone stole an s-u-v with them inside. the stolen car chase happened in thornton yesterday afternoon. from the federal heights area. police spotted it - the driver took off - and went "off the road" - into a vacant lot. he ran but didn't get far. the kids were reunited with their parents. police haven't released any details about the suspect... or how he was able to steal the s-u-v. today- hillary clinton's democratic running mate tim kaine will be in the denver area... but- not everyone will be able to get in to see him in person. 9news reporter jessica oh is live at primus aerospace in lakewood- with a look at what brings the campaign trail

donald trump's personality unfit for the presidency... now hillary clinton's critics are calling her physically unfit for the white house. clinton is pushing back- calling the criticism a "wacky strategy" while talking to late night host jimmy kimmel. she doesn't question trump's health either. clinton called donald trump was supposed to be in denver this week- talking about immigration. but it looks like those plans might be on hold. trump is postponing thursday's planned speech. yesterday, trump said he was working on a "fair but firm" policy toward the eleven-million immigrants living in the u-s illegally. that's a very different message from his past statements- calling for the immediate deporation of all illegal immigrants. some wonder if trump is backtracking-- as his campaign

build the wall between the u-s and mexico. leaders in kansas want to keep people who can't prove they're citizens from voting in november. judges at the federal appeals court here in denver plan to hear their proof of citizenship case today. about 18 thousand people in kansas are registered to vote through the d-m-v...as part of the federal motor voter law. but they don't have paperwork like a birth certificate or naturalization papers. keep them from the polls back in may. the kansas secretary of state wants that decision overturned. the colorado built goes spacecraft was flown to kennedy space center in florida on monday. this is a huge milestone for the local lockheed martin group that built the satellite. if you ever wondered how they move a satellite across the country - this is how. the team loaded it into an air force c-5 cargo plane. it's the biggest cargo plane they have - even a semi can fit in there as

wants another chance to lead the country. former president nicolas sarkozy says he plans to run again in 20-17. sarkozy lost to current president francois hollande in 20-12 after serving one term. very popular in the polls right now. he hasn't said whether he plans to seek re-election. sarkozy has been named in more than one legal case. but he's never been convicted.... or appeared at trial. wikileaks global crusade against government secrets- might be leaving private lives behind as collateral damage. the associated press reports- the wikileaks data dumps are exposing the privacy of hundreds of innocent people... including survivors of sexual abuse, sick children and

to reach wikileaks founder julian assange were unsuccessful. in the past, wikileaks has claimed it championed personal privacy while going after big government. today- army sergeant bowe bergdahl's lawyers will argue the case against him... is tainted. bergdahl is facing a court martial on charges of desertion and "misbehavior before the enemy." he's accused of walking off his post in afghanistan in 2009. he was captured by the taliban and held captive until 20-14. president obama trade to get him back. the u-s freed several taliban prisoners in the process. bergdal's defense attorney says public comments made by senator john mccain tainted the case against him. the alligator that killed a toddler at walt disney world- might have been too close to humans before the attack. the florida fish and wildlife conservation commission says the gator lost its fear of humans. the animal lived very close to a large number of

loophole and the city wants it to stop. the city of denver has decided to temporarily stop issuing permits for "garden court townhomes." these townhomes are very similar to building... except they have wide corridors. the cherry creek neighborhood association says the structures destroy the character of the neighborhood. their argument- the new buildings look more like apartment complexes than neighborhood townhomes. right now there are 6 developers requesting garden court townhome permits, 3 approvals are

wells fargo bank will pay a more than three and a half million dollar fine... over student loan practices. a federal consumer protection advovate says the company misled student loan borrowers and some people paid unnecessary fees. the protection bureau says the bank charged on- time payers with late fees, didn't help borrowers take steps to minimize fees and left credit report errors uncorrected. welss fargo says it's already fixed the problems and disagrees with the still pay the fine. sometimes, when people over-do the "sun bathing"... they just look fried. well, now, they can smell fried, too. k-f-c has launched its latest marketing gimmick... sunscreen-- that smells like "fried chicken." the company only had three thousand bottles. they ran out in just a few hours. the lotion is s-p-f 30. it also comes with a warning not to try to eat the sunscreen...
