clinton also outlined her immigration policy -- including a plan to expand deferred deportation actions..and stop raids and roundups of illegal immigrants. donald trump - also in d-c today.. he'll be in colorado springs tomorrow. recent polls show he's catching up to hillary clinton -- 10 days away from the first presidential debate. in a new hampshire speech yesterday - trump addressed the latino community -- saying he would renegotiate trade deals in order to protect their jobs. and overnight -- his campaign said trump is backing - and he believes president obama was born in the u- s. trump himself has not addressed the issue. we got the first reaction from vice president joe biden to this news out of the trump campaign. biden was here yesterday speaking at d-u. during his visit - biden sat down with 9news political reporter brandon rittiman for sunday's balance of power.. we're going to

balance of power. that's at 8:50 sunday morning-- just before "meet the press." according to congress -- edward snowden is more of a "disgruntled employee" - than an actual whistleblower... a new report from the house intelligence committe says - a majority of the documents snowden stole were military and defense secrets -- and had nothing to do with american's privacy. the report was released thursday - the same day snowden appeared in a video conference - to ask for a presidential pardon. he is currently living under asylum they left their comfortable, safe lives here in colorado...willingi ngly. dropped everything.. and went to syria to fight against terror. today--they're coming home to be laid to rest. the bodies of levi shirley and jordan mactaggart will arrive at union station around seven this morning.. a special ceremony will be held their to greet their caskets. shirley is from arvada.. and mactaggart is from castle rock. they died separately about a month apart while fighting with kurdish forces

under tonight's friday night lights-- the spotlight will be on legacy high school. but football has nothing to do with it. just last weekend - 15 of the team's players were injured in a bus crash at denver international airport.. the driver of that school bus died. three coaches were seriously injured. one is still in the hospital. legacy will play prairie view in an emotional homecoming game. we now know a colorado blue angels pilot... was flying too fast and too low when he crashed during a practice flight in nashviov marine captain jeff kuss died in the june second crash. a report released thursday says "pilot error" during a transition from one maneuver to another caused the plane to tumble from the sky and crash. the report also cites fatigue and weather as contributing factors to the crash. kuss was a durango native. a warning for the owners of ford trucks this morning -- denver police say - they're being targeted by thieves. so far this year - more of the full

in all of last year. in 20-15 - d-p-d says 137 full size ford trucks were reported stolen in metro denver. this year - the number has spiked to 180 with three months still left in the year. the national insurance crime bureau says, across the country, ford trucks were the most stolen vehicle last year. over the weekend - an f-350 was stolen from vance pierce - who lives in northglenn. denver police are now trying to figure out why ford trucks have become so popular. to keep your car from being stolen - d-p-d recommends something more than a basic car alarm. they say, even something as simple as a wheel lock helps prevent vehicles from being stolen. some kids in albuquerque - stepped in before car thieves could get away with a local minister's car. two would-be robbers were ripping into her soft top convertible...it was

but some kids stepped in - armed with pipes and sticks - and scared them off. the group later said - they were only a little scared. even if you don't remember the rockies inn -- you might remember the fire that destroyed it back in april. since then, it's sat there a burned out shell near evans and i-25. it's been the eyesore next door for the dirty duck bar. the dirty duck was spared in the fire, but the happy hour kitty alvarez have been waiting for the inn to be torn down. finally - work is underway. in recent weeks - workers have been cleaning up and tearing down parts of the building. greenbox self storage plans to build an environmentally friendly, solar powered storage facility on the site of the rockies inn. they hope to have construction finished in about a

importance of supporting active duty military personnel, veterans, and their families. the event is part of a conference series hosted by american university. in ohio -- the u-s women's national soccer team beat thailand in a "friendly" match last night.. during the national anthem -- midfielder megan rapinoe took a knee. she's joining in the protest against social and racial inequality -- started by 49-ers quaterback colin kaepernick.. rapinoe has done it before -- when playing with seattle's pro team - but this was the first time she knelt in a team u-s-a uniform. the u-s soccer federation was not happy with the display... they released a statemet -- saying they expect players to stand and honor the flag during the national anthem. it is not tom brady and the patriots that have given the broncos the most trouble in recent years. it's been andrew luck and the colts. and indy will be in town this sunday for a big match up at mile high. the indianapolis colts have won eight of their last nine meetings with the broncos....
