>> tonight the search continues for the person responsible. complete strangers come out to pay their respects to a world war ii veteran. many many people are being poisoned by what's coming across the border. are going to stop it work -- stop it. a parade in southern colorado turns into quite the production. 29 people were injured after an explosion in manhattan. 24 have been taken to the hospital. one person has injuries. most of the other injuries are not life-threatening according to the fire department. this was reported at about a duck dirty on w. 23rd st. between sixth avenue and seventh avenue in chelsea. they do not believe this was an act of terrorism. >> reporter: donald trump brought his campaign back to colorado tonight. this is where he promised to end illegal immigration and

18-year-old brandon neese was the captain of the team. they will have counselors at the school on monday to help with grieving. the teenager was shot outside of a house -- during a house party early this morning. there was a disturbance at the party on monica way and the suspect fired his weapon as he was leaving and hit the victim. street. just one of those people that was always happy and just smiling all the time, no matter what. >> no one deserves it but out of evedid ry, it have to be her proximate the suspect is described as a man in his early 20s and was skinny. he may drive a red sedan.

not a good feeling for the owner of a truck in his driveway. security video shows a pickup being stolen from his driveway in jefferson county. travis bell says this video was taken this morning which shows two men pulling up in another truck. one hops out and steals his truck from the driveway. get this. sheriff's deputies say the truck has already been recovered . officers are still looking for the man who took it. -- men who took it. full-size ford truck thefts top the list of the most stolen pickups. craig hospital is celebrating completion of a $90 million completion project that it's campus in inglewood. they -- englewood. the newly renovated west building is now connected to the east building creating unified kansas. it has also unveiled a new

the care of people who have suffered from spinal cord or brain injuries. thousands of people took steps to end alzheimer's it city park today. funds raised go toward research, a 24 hour helpline in colorado, etc. a lot of family members as well as friends the pat bowlen where there. people battling alzheimer's were walking witca emceeing the event. it was a great day for a walk and that fundraiser. according to the national world war ii museum there are fewer than 7000 world war ii veterans alike today. 300 die per day approximately. we have more on that now. >> reporter: every day another

the florence pioneer parade got a little bit a good today thanks to the addition of a netflix movie production. the film crew set up in this small town to get some parade

good this evening, 49 mostly clear skies. after midnight it will be a little breezy still, coming out of the north rest -- northwest. 40s and 50s for the eastern side of the say, 30s mainly in the mountains. it will be a cool one. another warm one tomorrow as the high pressure still is sitting in place across the west. this will help keep us warm and bring us that northwesterly flow and help kick the winds up a little bit. i'm going to show you two futurecast. you won't really see much. we kick off the day with us a few clouds everyone else, lows of sunshine. a couple of passing clouds and but sunshine. we are looking a-ok for the rest of your weekend. one caveat to the forecast will be the chance for seeing some high fire danger especially in northern colorado and into wyoming. red flag warnings are in place until about 7 pm, weld county, jackson county, boulder county, looking at winds gusting up to 50 miles an hour. winds are starting to within from the west and northwest

afternoon, as well as the eye 25 corridor. -- i-25 corridor. this will be nothing like what the foothills have to deal with however. we will be 5 degrees warmer than what we usually are this time of year. we will take it that we will be cautious across the northern sections of the state with that fire danger. nearly 90 degrees across the eastern plains, lamar, pueblo, eastern mountains , a fantastic afternoon with warmer temperatures, 70s, idaho springs, bailey looking good, we will crank up and i'll just a bit. a pair of eights and long months, -- longmont, greeley as well. whether you are doing tailgating tomorrow or have tickets or whatever, we will be in the 80s for kickoff and we will stay there throughout the entire game. it should be a great-looking sunday for you. if that is not warm enough, how

so why then on the broncos consider by a lot of people to be dirty? >> because they go to the line and sometimes across the line. they crossed the line in game 1. there were a couple of plays on cam newton that i was stunned that they were not penalized. i am fine with the broncos being an aggressive and sometimes overly aggressive defense. let me get in everybody said. great defenses have to be aggressive. this is something that started last year. they are keeping it p couple of hits that are on the border and a couple of penalties. if it costs you games, that is something else. but the broncos are a little overaggressive. >> sam:if you talk about hitting tom brady, if you just read on him you get a penalty. other players can get hit in the head with a helmet. you talk about concussions and how the lake has not been helping them out, the same guys are like, that was a great hit.
