>> it was such a nice day today. >> wild. the parents of a 6 year old boy who died after he was wounded in a school shooter in south carolina say their son showed his family how to love, laugh and smile. jacob hall died today. he was injured when a gunman opened fire on an school play ground. the 14 year old shooter has been charged as a juvenile and is in jail. what caused a deadly train crash in new jersey on thursday. one event recorder from the back of the train but are still trying to find another one from the front. they have not been able to recover the second recorder because the site is still too dangerous. it should help investigators determine how fast the train

hoboken station. a firefighter killed by debris from a house explosion was laid to rest today in new york. thousands of mourners gathered to pay their last respects. michael fahee was a 17 year veteran of the department and a father of three. he was on the street when he was struck by debris from the explosion in the bronx. authorities are looking into whether the building was to grow marijuana. 200 demonstrators gathered for another day of protests in downtown elcahone california. the protests were peaceful today. at times last night, demonstrators blocked intersections and tried to walk on to a freeway before police stopped them. the protests were held after
