allegations from women who say he groped them... including one woman who lives in florida and says she was a victim years ago. trump is denying any involvement. a number of women are throwing accusations at trump... saying his actions were unwelcomed. on the democratic side: the latest wikileaks documents show conversations trump calls "anti- catholic." the clinton campain says it's fact... and likely backed by russian hackers. a hot congressional race just got hotter. you've probably seen the commercials-- saying congressional candidate morgan welfare recipients to access a-t-ms at strip clubs. political reporter brandon rittiman has the truth test. if that's not an attention-grabbing ad, i don't know what is. it comes from national republicans trying to help mike coffman hold his seat in congress. this line of attack comes from a vote by democratic challenger morgan carroll in the state senate last year. this is true, but it also needs a bit of context. you might hear this and think carroll voted to change the law to allow welfare cards to be used in pot shops and strip clubs. she didn't. what she did-- was vote against a bill to ban using those cards in those places. in other words-- to keep state law as it was. that does put her on the side of the issue the ad says she's on-- making this a fair claim. her campaign says she voted against it because she didn't want to restrict locations for people in rural areas without convenient atm's. state regulators pushed back against that argument at the time-- saying most

democrats voted no-- and it deals with the broader theme of this ad. it's a stretch to say carroll's vote against this law amounts to a waste of taxpayer money. the bill didn't save the state a dime. and it also did nothing to change the fact that welfare benefits can still be withdrawn as cash. which means-- you can still go to an atm at a gas station-- pull out your cash-- and spend it on anything you want. even in a pot shop or strip club across the street. which waonents like the bill debate. supporters ohouldn't make it afare rec those businesses. bte on this bill isce to make it hard money in pot shops voted against it. etch that int m- when her vote f money being spen people could spenst-- i'm brand

to downtown denver. crews will be building new sidewalks... raised and protected bike lanes... new signals... and additional street parking. they hope to have the work completed by next winter. a deadly school bus crash at the airport last month was an accident-- according to the bus driver's autopsy report. the report says there was no trace of drugs or alcohol in keri chopper's system before the crash. chopper died in the wreck. three legacy high school football coaches and 15 students were injured in the crash. while the report might have had a heart issue - the final report says there's no proof the crash was anything but an accident. chopper's husband says the report answers everything he needs to know. josh chopper

release to date. this morning... share of samsung opened in the green... after days of stock values falling. the news comes days after samsung stopped production on their galaxy note 7 smartphones... over concerns the devices may light on fire. wells fargo c-e-o... is no longer the c- e-o. "john stumpf" resigned suddenly. it comes after weeks of scandal. the bank admitted-- thousands of employees set up fake accounts... to meet sales quotas. more than two million wells fargo accounts were opened without the customers even knowing. a company that tracks executive pay estimates-- stumpf will walk away with a "134- million-dollar" retirement package. others believe that number could be as high as 200- million. that's nearly triple what stumpf offered to give back during his testimony before congress. wells fargo shares have dropped about ten percent since the first news of the scandal. it's been a year - since new credit and debit cards - with microchips - started replacing older cards - to cut down on fraud. visa and

upgraded their machines for the new cards - have seen fraud rates go down from a year ago. it's been a slow transition: only one third of all retailers have the readers to accommodate the new chip cards. as incentive, credit card companies have told stores with the old swipe machines that they are liable for any fraud losses. but cases of fraud where cards do not have to be present for purchases -- such as buying online - went up: 50 percent last year.
