the man accused of setting off bombs in new york and new jersey will be in court and will officially learn the charges he's facing. rahami is still in the hospital, recovering from gunshot wounds during his arrest. he planned bombs in new jersey and new york city.

chelsea neighborhood, hurting dozens of people. the arraignment is for the new jersey charges only. the man accused of driving under the influence and killing another man is expected in court for a preliminary hearing. police said christopher carr sped through an intersection in august before hitting mccreery. carr has been in trouble with the law for with similar crimes before. in may 2010, he pleaded guilty to his first dui charge. a few months later in november, he pleaded guilty to in 1996, he pleaded guilty to operating an unsafe vehicle. it is right now 5:49. the city is working on a plan to may sure pedestrians on brighton boulevard and river north district feel safer. a new redevelopment project is set this morning from 29th to 44th street. the goal is to make sure brighton is a northern gateway to downtown denver. crew will build new sidewalks, raised and protected bike lane, new signals on intersections and additional street parking.

diego. >> yeah, you almost brag about the weather in san diego and tonight will be in the 60s for most of the game so is will be pretty decent. we have seen light showers around baca county this morning, really light, school scooting through in the next couple of hour and then move east. everybody will end up with a sunny day, even the places in northern colorado where it's foggy right now, we have these areas of fog and mist in northern colorado burning by 10:30, 11:00 at the latest, sunny skies late in the day and way warmer than yesterday, 70s here, 60s in the foothills. statewide, we do have those small pockets of showers and saw a couple lightning strikes with those. those will be out of here by 9:00, 10:00 this morning as well. we're revealing clear conditions with 60s and 70s over the plains. slightly cooler right along the border with kansas. otherwise we're all in the mid-
