. the man who police say fired those gunshots will have to get a psychiatric evaluation. officials order had the evaluation for john hernandez yesterday. the 26-year-old is accused of murdering two officers on saturday. hernandez pleaded not guilty in court yesterday. da says hernandez' motive was to kill police officers. also in court thursday, the man accused of setting off bombs in new york and new month. his court case thursday was only for the new jersey bombs. he is still in the hospital and appear in court through video from his bed and lawyers next to him. bombs injured more than 30 people. lass lass airlines appeared to not tolerate heckling on its flights. they removed one man for what he said. it happened before a flight from seattle to burr bank,

today and late in the day. we'll begin to see few high clouds drift in out of nevada and utah. texture to the sky early on. it's all sunshine around here. late in the afternoon, might see just a few clouds that drift in, hang around during the night tonight. temperatures are going to be extremely warm. lower to middle 80s. 85 is the current record high for today's date. i think we're going to be right up close to that in a lot of places with 60s windy conditions in the foothills. during the day today, 25 to 35 miles per hour gusts. pretty common. then tonight through tomorrow morning, the wind kicks up. we'll see 50 miles per hour gusts in the foothills tomorrow morning. across the state, whether you have clouds or not is really irrelevant to rain or snow. there won't be any today. we get clouds here after sunset tonight. it's too late to really affect temperatures at all.

arson. jefferson county deputies say jason's body was found september 2015. he has an arrest record dating back 25 years. the investigation into who put a bomb outside the police department isn't just worrying authorities. people who live and work in that area are concerned too. partly because whoever did it is still out there. colleen is live outside the field office in denver. the fbi is helping case. >> they are. you know what, they need your help too. they have set up a hotline. they're asking anyone. sometime before they found it tuesday morning. retrace your steps if you were in that area near the netherland police station tuesday morning. were you anywhere in that area? they need your help to find your suspect, suspects who left the backpack outside.

backpack. >> thank you. it is now 6:34. everyone involved in the high school bus crash at dia is officially home the last person has been released from the hospital. legacy football coach went home wednesday. the coaches were also hurt when the crash happened. 15 students were hurt as the bus crashed into a pillar near dia. the team was headed home from a football game the only person that died was alcohol in her system. with just over three weeks until the presidential election t nominees are turning focus to the swing states. that includes colorado. trump and hillary clinton's campaigns are marred by controversies. trump is now commenting on women that accuse him of sexual assaulting them. >> donald trump is on the attack this morning claiming the woman who accused him of misconduct are lying.

leaving a person inside a burning car. a body was found in september 2015. he has had an arrest record dating back 28 years including convictions for theft, burglary, domestic violence and drugs. the school district says the legendary football coach is now home. he was the last treated in the school bus crash. coaches along with 15 students were hurt when the school bus crash into the the only person that died was the bus driver. the autopsy report says there was no trace of drugs or alcohol in her system. . while campaigning for hillary clinton, first lady michelle obama gave a speech to supporters in new hampshire thursday. she said comments like the ones trump made on women need to stop. she said enough is enough. >> i can't stop thinking about this. it has shaken me to my core.
