the man who has admitted to killing three people at a colorado springs planned parenthood will be back before a judge today. the courtdate for robert dear this morning is a statu he is expected to be there -- unlike in his last hearing -- where the judge said dear is mentally incompentent to continue with the case. he's been undergoing treatment at a state medical facility since may. dear is charged with 179 counts stemming from that planned parenthood shooting last november. he said he attacked the clinic because of his anti-abortion stance. after five students were kicked out of school for posting in an anti-semitic facebook group --

boulder prep high school says the posts in the neo- nazi facebook group were derogarty and threatening. the group called themselves "the fourth reich official." one high schooler in the group pledged allegiance to the nazis -- then took his own life last month. another member of the group was the one to notify the adminstration about the racist messages. and wen confronted -- some of the teens said it was all a joke. but the school headmaster says it's not joking one of the five expelled students appealed -- and she is now allowed back in class after what boulder prep calls restorative justice. we are one day away from the third and final presidential debate. hillary clinton is taking the day off

isn't slowing down. he's visiting colorado today. trump will start the day in colorado springs. he'll have a rally-- there-- at ten this morning. then he'll move on to grand junction for a second rally at three p-m. the latest n-b-c news poll shows-- clinton has an eleven-point lead over trump. she's expanding her campaign to red states like utah, texas, georgia, and arizona. michelle obama will be campaigning for clinton-- this week. despite clinton not campaigning today -- bernie sanders says he was happy to do that for her yesterday -- here in colorado. it was his second day campaigning for clinton in colorado. monday -- he rallied in fort collins at c-s-u. his influence there is strong -- during the democratic caucuses in march -- the independent vermont senator had two times the voter support in larimer county over clinton. sanders also attended an event at c-u boulder -- to support amendment 69 -- which would repeal the current health insurance system and make coverage universal. and on monday

a young life-- lost. last night-- people gathered to remember trinity gay. the 15-year-old was the daughter of olympic sprinter tyson gay. she was killed in a shooting, this weekend. police say-- three men were firing guns in the parking lot of a kentucky restaurant.. when trinity was hit. she's remembered as a gifted athlete... among the top sprinters in her state. the three people charged in connection with her death all pleaded not guilty in court monday. after the warm weather this weekend-- it's hard to imagine... but there is snow falling in our

macy's is known for it's thanksgiving day parade. and-- now-- it will also be known as one of the stores that'll be open on the holiday. the department store chain will be opening its doors at five p-m on thanksgiving day. that's an hour earlier than they opened-- last year. most locations will stay open until two a-m... and then re-open at six a-m for black friday shopping. many other major stores are opting to stay closed on thanksgiving. you can a list-- on despite rising prices -- netflix got over three-million new subscribers around the world since this summer. three-point-six million to be exact -- from july until september this year. the streaming company was only expecting to get about two-point- three million new subscribers. some analysts say netflix was being conservative with that forecast. we'll see how many people will join in

vail resorts is now the official owner of whistler blackcomb. our partners at the denver business journal say vail bought the canadian resort in a billion-dollar deal that went through yesterday. vail's c-e-o says since whistler is one of the most iconic mountain resorts in the world-- they're excited to make it part of "vail resorts." we know a lot of people are getting excited about skiing and boarding. if arapahoe basin an same day they did last year -- you'll get to hit the slopes in just eleven days. and an opening that's likely a little further away -- steamboat a few inches of snow fell there on monday. they'll get there, but no word yet on when the hill will open for the season. let's check in with
