athena nunoz hit two people and is facing vehicular homicide, driving under the influence and third degree assault. she told deputies she was driving home and texting when she looked up and noticed she was on the wrong side of the road and crashed. aurora police are asking anyone with information on a deadly shooting over the weekend to give them a call. a man was shot about 3:30 sunday afternoon on the 3100 block of ubalda in th and south of i-70. the man died at the hospital. as of today police have not named the suspect and say everyone involved in the case is accounted for. ifed you can help the investigation, they're ask you to call crime stoppers and you don't have to give your name and you could get a reward.

deserves yes or no. instead, we want to help you understand the question that's being asked so we're breaking down a few of the ballot issues, starting with amendment 70, all about the minimum wage. here's what a "yes" vote means. effective january 1, 2017, it would raise the minimum wage to $9.30 per hour. every january 1 after that, the wage would go up 90 cents until it reaches $12 an hour in the year 2020. after that, the wage would be adjusted annually for cost living increases, according to colorado's consumer price index. voting no means you want to keep the minimum wage law as it is. right now the wage is $8.31 per hour and adjusted for inflation, according to the colorado consumer price index. this is a constitutional amendment. argument for or against it focuses on whether it's good or bad for employees or businesses. we'll leave it up to you to decide which side is right. if you need help considering

we have a nice system north of las vegas that will bring showers into colorado tonight and will clouds us up. it will be dry with another warm day, low-to-mid- 70s and mid-to-upper 70 for those of us from wadsworth through morgan county with 60s in the mountain and foothills we'll keep it dry and clouds will get thicker and by sunset, shortly after 6:00, we start seeing some rain in western colorado through a good bit of the night so the best rain after sunset, some areas at or above a half inch and will be fantastic. now, some of that may give us a few -- i would say, random raindrops around here but we can't hope for much more than

-- two people are dead in two separate shootings. the first happened near 20th and washington street in denver saturday. it was a violent weekend in denver. the first shooting happened near 20th street on saturday and the second, aurora and ubalda on sunday. the latest shooting in aurora happened around 3:30 sunday afternoon in the community. police aren't telling us much but said there's no threat to the community. officers have not named the suspect and everyone involved is accounted for. and denver police haven't given us any suspect information in the first shooting near 20th and washington on saturday. officers say the man who was shot died at the hospital yesterday and they have not
