-- two people are dead in two separate shootings. the first happened near 20th and washington street in denver saturday. it was a violent weekend in denver. the first shooting happened near 20th street on saturday and the second, aurora and ubalda on sunday. the latest shooting in aurora happened around 3:30 sunday afternoon in the community. police aren't telling us much but said there's no threat to the community. officers have not named the suspect and everyone involved is accounted for. and denver police haven't given us any suspect information in the first shooting near 20th and washington on saturday. officers say the man who was shot died at the hospital yesterday and they have not

s.w.a.t. team and a k 99 found him in a crawl space. he was wanted on three felony wants including drug charges and a deputy. police found one person but he fired shots at deputies. he died when they shot back. the other brother was ared on sunday morning. a man accused of take nude pictures of underage girls for a subscription site will undergo a mental competency site. kevin renfro was scheduled a trial until his lawyers raised doubts about his mental state so the judge decided to wait. he will be at the state psychiatric hospital and his next court date is november 8. the building that shook out

evening we start to see things move over the boarder into the west and after sunset. that's when we get the best rain acrosses the are . above 10,000 feet, 1 to 3 inches of new, wet snow that will melt on any highways, not a problem, but decent rain over the grand mesa and north with a halfism or more and dry and mild throughout colorado. it will stay through us and will not surprise me to see, very early in the morning and wraps up at 9:00 a.m., clear out, dry out and dry for the rest of the week. >> we like that.

over the tech center, 25 and arapahoe, new construction, of course, is going on in the median of the highway split but no delays are in place because of that road work. arapahoe, though, runs congested as they continue that work into the fall. let's get to cdot cameras near commerce city. the drive is starting to build southbound and eastbound near vazquez but both sides are accident-and stall-free and across the board, the travel time and the speeds have been, i would say, pretty great overall. right now the 25 st minutes at the most and out across the board, no major accidents to look out for. our earlier stall has been picked up and out of there, westbound i-70 around i-25.
