back. democratic mail ballots coming in strong in colorado, they could be in good shape. we've been getting your questions about ballots. we took your questions straight to the top. colorado secretary of state stopped by to talk to steve staeger. >> here with secretary of stave wayne williams in the 9 news mail room. >> this is the first time i've ever been in the 9 room. this is exciting. >> reporter: let's get to questions people have about their ballots. which of colorado's 64 counties still hand count election results? >> jackson county is the only one that hand counts election results. we do use a hand count to cam pair to machines in the other counties. >> reporter: we have gotten so many questions from people

it in the mail and forget a stamp? >> the easiest way is to throw it into a 24-7 ballot box. otherwise, put a forever stamp on it. you don't want it delayed. >> reporter: how often are the ballot boxes emptied? >> ballot boxes are emptied -- they have to be emptied for the first week about then we shift to every day and then on election day. >> reporter: next question, if you're moving to a different county now, what do you do? >> easiest way is starting today you can go into a vetter service and polling center and you can vote in person in the new county you're moving to. the other option, go online and update your registration.

subjective to you, that's because it is. we're rating this claim debatable. you can find a way to justify that opinion. we do set a lower bar than any other state when it comes to gathering signatures to putting a question on the ballot. other states use more popular races like governor with higher turn like 10%. if you believe the proof is in the pudding, we should find the state that has the most amendments. alabama has 892 amendments for to constitution. and if you want to find the most ways to amend the
