in the news today, hillary clinton is on the cusp of a commanding victory over donald trump, and that's if you believe the results of the latest associated press gfk poll, showing her leading nationally by a staggering 14% over donald trump, and remember barack obama only won the last election by less than 7% and the poll also shows the democratic nominee grabbing a number of significant advantages over her republican rival, things like her party, and drawing other voters for the other side of the aisle, but in florida a battleground state, it shows the donald trump has taken the lead, up by 2 point there is now. hillary clinton is shifting her sight towards the battleground state of north carolina today, and that's an early voting state like colorado, and nbc target smart analysis shows 10 million americans have already

impact marijuana has had in colorado, and it really should give us a better understanding of the impact this has had on our station. we see it a lot every day with the different stores popping up, but we don't see solid numbers on a daily or monthly bay sis this will show us how marijuana has played a big role in r the businesses that support the industry. they said consumer patterns have changed since legalization, and at proper rates, tax revenues can be very substantial. they believe saturation in the market will come by 2020. we could see big names at the symposium over the next few day, specifically people who regulate the industry and people who enforce and make

tons of sun across the state today, and we will begin to see some of the clouds from that west coast system begin to drift into western colorado, and perhaps a little before sunset, and certainly after sunset tonight, that will be the first inkling we will have changes to the west. a few more clouds over the continental divide than we have seen over the last few days, but functionally, warm and dry again today, and upper 70s to near 80 degrees, and we are flirting with the the record high of 80 for many areas throughout metro denver, boulder, and loveland and fort collins. 60s and 70s in the mountains and foothills west of town, and here's the batch of clouds i was talking about moving into the western colorado tonight, into the early part of tomorrow morning, and temperatures in the 70s, and even in the mountains, i think we go into

colorado, with the warmer readings, as you may expect in the southeast corner of our state, and sunshine, warmth today, and a forecasted 81, and record high is 80, set 50 years ago, and that's interesting. around here tonight, look at it, clear, calm conditions, and temperatures mid- to upper 40s, and that's going to give us another warm day tomorrow, with near 80 degrees, and by saturday, some of the clouds from the western slope will move through here, and a cloudy moin will knock us back a few degrees, and i will trim sunday as well. i don't think we are in record territory on sunday, just a bit below that, and we cool it down for halloween, but it will be quite pleasant. 6:13 and sky 9 is going around the north end of the drive. 270 and i-70 starting off with problems, and now they are checking out i-25 and speer. it's calm -- and spear.

it's 6:20 on a thursday morning. the pipeline protest in north dakota has reached a new high. protesters who want to stop the dakota access pipeline set up camp now on private property. protesters created an illegal ad private land owned by the pipeline developer, energy transfer developers. the sheriff asked 200 demonstrators to remove the barricade and get off the private property. they are still refusing to leave. >> you have the'sment already. let's be responsible human beings to our -- >> i'm just saying -- >> it didn't work out for sell.
