. a moment of victory and celebration for some militia members in oregon. a jury exonerated the brothers as well as five other people. they were accused of blocking federal workers from their jobs at a national wild life refuge in january. the group said the standoff was to draw attention to long running dispute over control federal lands. . armed soldiers moved in, fires set, highways blocked. it was a dramatic standoff in north dakota. when it was over, 141 people protesting to stop construction of a pipeline were arrested. they were blocking a highway on private land and ignored the orders to leave. native americans fear had the the pipeline will taint water supplies and destroy sacred burial grounds.

jefferson county will have five carriers to choose from. in our immediate area you'll have a lot of choices. when hit comes to people on the western slope, they have one choice going to 2017. the anthem blue cross blue shield carrier. the colorado division of insurance says 92,000 will be impacted by this immediately. they'll have to go in starting november 1st and change toe that one carrier for the 2017. it's going to be little getting use top we'll talk more about it in the coming weeks as the exchange opens up november 1st for 2017. i was talking a walk out yesterday afternoon. i can't help but feel spoiled. i know we need the moisture, but the sunshine and beautiful leaves on the trees is just beautiful out there. >> and i notice you don't need a blazer this morning. nice and warm this morning.
