comey is under fire for sending a letter to congressmen saying the fbi would look into recently discovered e-mails related to the clinton case. democrats say when making that announcement so close to election day, comey is violating hatch act, prohibiting federal officials to use their authority to influence a election. reid wrote a letter to comey saying his actions may ha clinton's campaign says the e- mails could be duplicates of old e-mails and likely don't contain bomb shells. >> to send a letter saying we may have information, don't know if it's significant or not, without even looking at what's inside, 10 or 11 days before a presidential election. >> republicans are con convenienced the e-mails are significant. donald trump hammered away at the issue as he campaigned this

shooting. police collected evidence but have not given information about a suspect yet. there is no sign of a body from the 13 month old from wyoming. the sheriffs office says the the boy was killed and put in a trash bin in laramie. they believe the trash was taken to the landfill in well county. police have arrested the mother's boyfriend, logan rogers. investigators will be back at a landfill today looking for the boy's so sad. traffic on u.s.40 was rerouted after a semi crash early this morning. a viewer sent this picture of the scene. you see the semi on its top over there, wheels up in the ditch. there is no word on how serious the injuries are or what may have caused the crash. within the last 90 minutes, c dot says one lane was open. the a line shuttle that runs to d.i.a. will no longer be running.

october 31. happy halloween. our forecast today will be very warm as we are sighing bye-bye to another month. past halloween forecasts looked like 2013. today we can break a record high making it the warmest halloween on record. our forecast, temperatures will be in the lower 80s and we are already running 10 to 20 degrees warmer than 24 hours ago for parts of eastern colorado. our temperatures this afternoon will look like this. mid to upper 70s in northern colorado. around the metro area where we will have that effect of the down sloping westerly winds our

low 80s. in the high country temperatures are in the 60s and 50s. now we are at 76 at d.i.a. in the backyard our temperatures are at 74. it is just a comfortable fall day out here in the backyard. temperatures across the state look like. we are almost at 80 in the east, 80s in lamar and springfield. in are in the 50s and 60s. we have a front that's going to be moving into colorado. ahead of it is, it is increasing winds. it is elevating fire danger but currently we only have a red flag warning in southwestern colorado where humidity will be as low as 11%. for our neighbors to the north we have a high wind warning in effect until this afternoon where gusts could be up to 80 miles an hour for friends in

kids won't like this but the flu mist is not recommended by centers for disease control and prevention. many doctors offices don'ts even have the mist. >> for the last three years the flu mist offered little if any protection against the there you in children between -- flu in children. >> with the shot the vaccine is 63% effective. adults 18 to 64 have the option of getting smaller needle that only pierces the skin. it should be less painful than the traditional shot. there are new formulations for people 65 and older whose immune systems may not be as responsive as young people's. flu zone high dose is four times normal than the normal vaccine. another type boosts older people's immune systems response. check with your doctor on those. >> when it comes to timing the
