charges. let's take you back to earlier this year when the guilty plea came in in july. prior to that, it was discovered. rocky allen had been switching syringes, stealing the powerful painkiller. it prompted worry for people that were patients. thousands had to be tested because federal authorities have said rocky allen is now hiv positive. that led to a quite a few people. no people are confirmed to have hiv as a link to switching of syringes in this case. charges are very serious. he pleaded guilty to those charges in july. he has been freed since then. today he will return to federal court. that's where he will be sentenced for a number of years, 7 to 11, is what federal prosecutors are going for. we imagine a lot of people impacted by this will likely be inside the courtroom.
