court this morning. allen put thousands at risk for hiv and hepatitis when he swapped syringes to steal a drug the former surgical tech pleaded guilty to stealing a drug. he will be sentenced for his crimes. he previously faced 14 years in prison. now he faces up to 63 months this morning a judge heard objections to sentencing conditions from his lawyers. federal prosecutors confirm 2900 patients had to be tested for hiv and hepatitis. to date, none of them tested positive. we'll keep you up to date on sentencing for this trial. 48 hours before the polls close, the candidates are fighting for votes in battleground states. >> this campaign lasted 18 months. right now we're down to hours left before voters decide who
