hours and hillary clinton and donald trump have both closing statements to america. trump was in michigan - clinton in north carolina. both of those states could prove decisive when the results start rolling in tonight. votes in new hampshire are already in with people voters in dixville notch casting ballots first at midnight. hillary clinton won - with 4 votes. followed by donald trump - with 2 1 vote went toga romney - he got a vote. both candidates head to new york this morning to cast their own ballots and await the final results. no matter the outcome-- the next president will have to find a way to do business with congress ... and unite a deeply divided nation. a wild election is

stt one neighborhood in greeley. and the neighbors are happy about it. extraction oil and gas company got approval from the city and the state to build 22 oil and gas wells. it's called the triple creek project and will likely come about 1,000 feet from some of the homes. it's the first project in the state that must follow a new set of rules to ensure the local government and residents have a say. but neighbors don't think the rules are being followed. they're worried

coming in and out. the state prefers the company use a pipeline too-- but says it would be too expensive for the oil and gas company. the compnay says time and legal requirements are unreasonable. the company claims it has worked extensively with state and local governments to lessen inconveniences to people who live nearby. independence pass will stay open for a bit long this year thanks to warmer temperatures. the aspen times reports the state department of transportation has decided it will stay open this week. this despite a plan to close the gate for the winter season on monday. the gate is usually closed on the 12,000-foot pass by this time of year-- but the state department says unless a storm hits-- it'll stay open. they're still working on a timeline to close it. the loveland ski area will finally open thursday with a record late start

the remains found on a rural property of an accused serial killer. police found a woman chained inside of a storage container on todd kohlhepp's property over the weekend. that woman said he'd shot her boyfriend and locked her up after they responded to a craiglist ad. kohlhepp was arrested and confessed to killing 4 people 16 years ago. he then led investigators to remains buried on his property. so far 3 bodies have been found. the coroner will be testing the remains to determine the gender and ages of the victims. they'll also be testing how the remains had been buried. an man from ohio could be facing 20 years in prison after federal prosecutors say he tried joinging isis this week. federal prosecutors accuse aaron daniels of providing and attempting to provide material support to a foreign terrorist organization. he was arrested as he boarded a flight the airport in columbus, ohio monday. daniels is accused of paying 250- dollars to an isis recruiter and

it's being auctioned off with proceeds going to the von's vision foundation. it helps kids in denver get eye exams and glasses. the auction ends in four days -- you can get more information at von miller dot org. winter has arrived at skyline park in downtown denver and construction on the 7th southwest rink is underway. the city says the rink will be ready november 22nd despite the unusually warm weather we've been getting. that's because the city makes its own ice for the rink. the downtown denver partnership says over the past six years -- about 270-thousand people have enjoyed the free southwest rink at skyline park. if you don't have skates there's no need to worry you can rent them for 2 bucks.
