busy in the streets for a fifth straight night. hundreds filled the streets holding signs saying love hates trump and make america human again. a quieter peaceful demonstration was held in denver. there was no marching but a peaceful gathering at civic center park to protest the president-elect. >> organizations that track hate crimes in our country say there's been a spike in hate crimes since in response, the president-elect is saying stop it the law sent their tracks hate crimes has 200 complaints in six days post election that includes antiblack, antiimmigration, anti-muslim crimes. he talked about it 60 minutes. he said it surprised him. then he looked into the camera and said, don't do it. it's terrible. i'm going to bring this country

boy, caden randolph. a 41-year-old man is in jail. mesa county deputies are trying to figure out what happened. caden's family and friends have set up a memorial. people left gifts in the yard where he died saturday night. >> he was an overachieve. he was an excellent kid. he got along with like everybody in >> me and my brother just lost one of our close friends. it shouldn't be this way. >> jeremy and randolph were not related. it's unclear how he knew each other. this man faces several charges including felony manslaughter. it's 5:36 now. the latest fight between city of denver and homeless is playing out. the city is clearing out a homeless camp near the ball park

the sweep resulted in a lawsuit the last time around. >> reporter: cheryl, we're here on laurence and park. behind me down the street both ways, people are lined up sleeping on the sidewalk. their personal belongings are hip high. city officials will come in tuesday, clear up the camp and ship out what's left. this is the third time at least this year that officials have had this major sweep. the city broke of a camp here in the ball park march. another behind the national western complex in september. now the camp is back in the ball park neighborhood ross from the denver rescue -- across from the denver rescue mission. the city will give homeless time to clear out, come in and pick up what's left. they've been putting stuff in storage. several homeless people are challenging that in federal court saying rights are violated with illegal seizures and property destruction.

. can you still believe that happened? broncos ended the two game losing streak beating out the new orleans saints barely with two points in over a minute left. they held the saints to 80 yards rushing on 21 cares turnovers. it all came down to final two minutes. saints scored the critical touchdown. drew brees tied up the game. 23 a piece. justin simmons blocked it. >> get the win, come back in the locker room and talk to you guys. >> i had to stay calm and make sure i didn't get a block in the back or anything.

don't get too focused on numbers in mountain areas. i think the models are underestimating the amount of snow we'll get in some mountain areas out of this system. here for the front range, i think it will be close to right on with the down slope wind here. most of what falls here is going to evaporate. we'll get a few light showers. >> my grass needs more than few light showers. thanks. enter let's look at you know about. this is happening in the area of wads worth and hamden. that's where the accident is happening. looks like it's getting cleared up. that's good news if you're headed in that direction for your commute. there's one going on at colorado boulevard. it's southbound colorado boulevard around 23rd. watch out for that one. in terms of sunrise, in under -- an hour, 6:41 a.m. that's when sun comes up.

night. each person paid $3 and wrote a personal message. proceeds go to victim associations. . this is the super moon. it was quite the sight overnight. we saw angles and pictures of it. it's the brightest in nearly seven decades. here's the view from lookout mountain last night the moon got larger and brighter as the night went on. people in eop views of it. people in spain got to see it near madrid. skies were also clear in sweden when the moon came up. look at that. isn't that wild? people in sidney australia saw it early in the morning. some climbed the bridge to get the best view. the moon is 14% bigger and 30% brighter than usual. it's so close to the earth. it won't be this close again
