single family homes and small apartments. it's one of the worst rates in our state and among similar size cities it's bad. one of the problems is that people are not separating their waste correctly. >> if we look inside the trash, we find a lot of leaves. these should not be in the trash. these should be in the compost bin. this is perfect for compost. we're also finding that there are bags full of aluminum cans. aluminum cans go in the recycl >> listen up. the report listed recycling rates for 10 cities comparable to denver, fresno was 71%, denver dead last. aspirin is a known drug to help heart attack patients, but it can be used for a lot more. robert snip, for example, started getting migraines after a motorcycle accident in 1982. he said they last two or three days. his doctor prescribed him a daily dose of aspirin after he had a heart attack. since he began taking aspirin

northern rockies probably wednesday night into thursday. the mountains have a definite shot at seeing accumulating snow. in denver rain showers during the day possibly mixing with snow. not an overly impressive system, but at least it is some beneficial snow just in time for holiday skiers. many of the resorts anxious for us not to get to this date. the latest date for snow in denver, november 21st, next monday, and the way the current pattern is shaping up it's a definite possibility we may go beyond that. even with this powerful system moving onshore in the pacific northwest and one that will follow it even with rain and snow here along the front range i don't know it will be measurable enough to count as denver's first official snow. for now we've got high and midlevel clouds over the top of a dominant ridge of high pressure with the best chance of precipitation in the rockies the next 36 to 48 hours. tomorrow a mild dry day with

afternoon. high cloud will move out tonight. you'll -- clouds will move out tonight. you'll see that big beautiful moon just past full now and a cool night with clear skies, 29 steamboat, 18 gunnison, 38 greeley, 35 pueblo, highs way above average for this time of year, 70s for lower elevations, 60s in the high country, 70 tomorrow in idaho springs and the winds increasing for grand lake and estes park. tonight fair skies, windy at times and mild, our low 41. tomorrow temperatures will into the mid-60s by lunchtime and mid-70s by afternoon, in record territory both tuesday and wednesday ahead of a storm system that will bring cooler windy weather, a chance for showers thursday, possibly mixing with snow thursday night into friday ahead of another warming trend with temperatures above average for most of next week. it is a spectacular evening out here tonight, great color in the sky as that moon is beginning to rise.
