the safety of dakota pipeline access as a snowstorm moved to the area where they've been camped out. north dakota governor asked people at standing rock to leave immediately and take all their stuff with them. a source close to the tribe believes forcing people to move in sub freezing temperatures could put lives at risk. they're worried the pipeline could taint drinking the area. some in buffalo, new york got more in news than newspapers. they searched the newspaper stacks and the car of delivery worker douglas and sure enough found pot. he was arrested, faces several charges including unlawful possession of marijuana. he has been banned from flying delta for life. it was all because of this
