" the man was coming from the wall back there he was going to the front, we saw him bleeding... a lot of blood." de morales says the 17-year-old had jumped from her neighbors house into her yard, he had been shot and left a trial of blood behind... police say he was a part of an attempted robbery that happened around 11 a.m. in her neighbors house two 17 year-old teens were shot by the home owner, police are saying he was acting in self defense... " im not gonna rule out criminal charges, but obivously i have to say that if youre in your home and somebody breaks in you have the right to defend your home and your property and your family..." one of the teens died in the home, the other is at umc with critical injuries. the third, a 13 year old, is in custody... a man who claimed to be the father of one of the kids says he's told his son to stay out of trouble before...

education savings accounts. under a new nevada law, parents can use some of the money their children would receive from public school funding... to pay for private schools. the program is facing lawsuits from groups like the a-c-l-u, who claim it's unconstitutional for the money to go to religious schools. hutchison says parents put their kids in private schools, expecting to be partially reimbursed. but lawsuits are holding everything up.
