in a statement from clark county district attorney steve wolfson .. he writes the amount found in her bloos does not change the charges he's filing against her. carrison went on to say there is no concrete scale to determine the level of use or if drugs played a role in this deadly crash - but there is one thing the toxicology report shows... carrison: we know that sometime within the last 12- 24 hours she did in fact smoke marijuana she had a large amount of metabolites in her blood.those metabolites are only there if you have acute use. her metabolite level - or the level at which the drug is processed by your body - was about 24 nanograms per milileter. i spoke with a local toxicology expert ... and this shows she used the drug within hours before the crash. regardless - officials have called holloway's actions intentional and say the results of the toxicology test will not change the initial charges filed. holloway is charged with murder with the use of a deadly weapon, child abuse, neglect or endagnerment and leaving the scene of an accident. live in the news room abby theodros fox5 news local las vegas defense attorney joseph abood says

holloway was impaired in any way. her next court date is scheduled for january of next year. tense moments today in court.... in the sentencing of a man - convicted of firing a weapon at police officers. "in that video you didn't see me shooting at nothing!" "come get the duct tape out. if he talks out again i want him duct taped." that's the judge - threatening to use duct tape to silence joshua bacharach - who offered up an argument in court today. but in the end - he was sentenced to between 62 years - and 157 years - in prison and ordered to pay 75-thousand in fines. bacharach is guilty of shooting at officers - after being pulled over in june of 2014. he drove off and was tracked down by a k-9. no officers were injured in the shooting. following a deadly stabbing overnight. gianni raneri was taken into custody by police - after being detained by a security guard. he's been charged

deadly weapon. approched two people last night - complex near swenson and twain. following an argument - he returned hours approached them again - and stabbed one of them - just before one in the morning. "the suspect had recently broken up with a female, she was not romantically involved by her account with our victim but she was seen with him, hanging out with him, and that was the motive." the security guard that detained "gianni raneri" pepper sprayed him and then handcuffed him until police arrived. one person was hurt in a north las vegas fire. it happened just after seven this morning - at single story home on terrace point drive... near craig and m-l-k. north las vegas firefighters say it appears the person - who was

at the time - was injured trying to escape the flames - and taken to u- m-c. the person's next door neighbor called the fire department after she saw smoke and fire billowing out of the building. "the guy who lived there he was in the back yard he was really confised somebody had to go back there and get him and they took him to the hospital for smoke inhalation." the neighbor also said she ran over and started banging on the door in case someone was inside -- and ran off when a window busted from the fire. a child under the age of five is the first pediatric flu-related death... for the current season in clark county. that's according to the southern nevada health district - who says a woman over the age of 50 has also died due to causes related to the flu. health officials say flu season typically peaks in january and february and there is still time to receive a flu vaccine. been accused by more than fifty women of sex crimes. but today - for the first time - prosecutors have actually charged him. this is the comedian's booking photo. cosby is now free - after posting bail of one million dollars. laura ingle reports on today's arraignment - in pennsylvania. bill cosby arriving at a courthouse in pennsylvania for his arraignment on a sexual assault charge .. the legendary comedian facing the first criminal charges filed against him since dozens of women started coming forward ... accusing cosby of drugging and sexually assaulting them. steele says: we arar here to announce today charges that have been filed against william henry cosby. these charges stem from an incident that took place on an evening in early 2004 at mr. cosby's home in cheltenham township, montgomery county. mr. cosby is charged with aggravated indecent assault.

cosby's charges are punishable by up to 10 years in prison. prosecutors in the case say they were able to bring the charges against him after learning information in previously sealed legal documents from a civil deposition. merchant says: the issue now is that they've gone and obtained documents where he testified under oath that he drugged her and so that's going to be able to be used against him. at least 52 women have come forward to publicly claim bill cosby sexually abused them, and drugged them. according to the accusers, the alleged abuse began in the 19-60s and took place as recently as 2008 in at least eight states.. cosby acknowledged ten years ago under oath... that he did have sexual contact with the woman... andrea constand... but that it was consensual. prosecutors said cosby had made two previous advances toward constand that were rejected, before he allegedly drugged her. steele says: reopening this case was not a question. rather, reopening this case was our duty as law enforcement officers with a

to uphold our constitutions and to uphold the law. the charges are happening just days before the 12-year statute of limitations was about to run out in this case. constand's attorney says her client welcomes the charges. in new york, laura ingle, fox news. lawyer gloria allred represents 29 women accusing bill cosby of sexual misconduct. "i'm very happy that this day has finally come. mr. cosby deserves a fair trial. but so does andrea constand and the people of the state of pennsylvania". some television networks have cut re-runs of cosby-related programming in the wake of the allegations. however- "hulu" still has more than 200 episodes of the "cosby show" available for streaming. the service - which has nine million subscribers - has not commented on today's charges> the race for the white house today - continues with one less candidate.
