that's the analysis of a medical large amount of metabolites in her blood. he says that the presence is a primary use. holloway's was at about 24 nanograms per milileter - that number is high enough to indicate that she used the drug within hours of the crash. carrison: we know that sometime 24 hours she did in marijuana she had a metabolites in her metabolites are only there if you have acute use. however this new development doesn't change the prosecution's take on this case. in a statement from clark county district attorney steve wolfson .. he writes the amount found in her bloos does not change the charges he's filing against her. holloway is charged with murder with the use of a deadly weapon, child abuse, neglect or endagnerment and leaving the scene of an accident. live in the news room abby theodros fox5

it happening on 7 rooftops up and down the strip as we speak. from the stratosphere down south to the mgm - it is the largest firework show not just on new years even but in the nation. i was on the rooftop of treasure island earlier today interviewing pyrotechnicians linking together 80 thousand effects. this year's theme - im on top of the world - song by imagine dragons. and each additional song in the playlist will highlight each of the 7 casinos the fireworks are taking off from. "that particular building in the first few seconds of the song will be a separate color for the rest of the strip so its giving tribute to caesars palace with roman march hollywood for planet hollywood and the theme of the year is on top of the world so the song on top of the world from the stratosphere." on new years eve--grucci will be

mile away from the strip at the rio. he'll be monitoring the wind speeds - which he says every year has been a concern. this year's wind speeds are forecasted to be 10 to 15 miles per hour when it hits 2016. the cut off for fireworks is usually 10 mph but grucci says - they've been lucky in all 15 times they've lit up the skies new years eve. one thing they hope to accomplish this year - is a unified countdown on the strip. they say that's something that's been a challenge in the past so this year they've developed an app that everyone can download to help everyone ring in the new year together. reporting live. for the first time

vegas monorail is staying open 44 hours straight for new year's eve. it will be open from 7 a-m tomorrow until saturday at its usual 3 a-m. the monorail is the only form of motorized transportation that will be available on the strip. at about 5-45 p-m tomorrow the streets will be closed off to cars new year's. the monorail has five stations along the las vegas strip - from the m-g-m grand to the s-l-s. it also stops at the convention center and westgate. "we carry so many people on new year's eve. and even at 3 am when we're starting to cycle everyone out we don't have large crowds there's still people who want to use the system." locals will receive a special deal. tickets for the monorail are only one dollar when you present your local i-d. facebook is making it easier - to find a ride on new year's eve. how the social

a big mess in mobile, alabama this morning. the rain - along with the closure of the busy "bankhead tunnel" caused some traffic delays. you can see why.... a truck got stuck underneath it. the 18 wheeler got jammed in the west entrance - closing down traffic in both directions until the truck was cleared. police say the driver was not from the area. authorities had to let the air out of the tires to get it loose. two tech giants are joining together - to make your new year's eve celebration even easier. facebook is introducing a "transportation" function on messenger. uber is the first partner on the service - and drivers can now accept rides within a facebook messenger conversation. the service is currently in a test phase - for the top thirty metropolitan markets in the united states. this man and his dog being rescued from a roof, water lapping at the edges. the man falling in as he tried to get the dog into the boat. (nats - water rushing) rivers and streams reaching levels not seen in the area for more than two decades. the mayor here in valley park ordering mandatory evacuations in the town, where the flooding is expected to break records. this area resident says he's unable to get home. dietz says: "..at the bottom of the subdivision there's just one way in and one way out. and the water has covered the road down there and it's don't want to be bringing cars through it." disasters declared in illinois, where volunteers set up sandbags to try to get ahead of the rising water. the flooding forcing hundreds of roads and highways in the region to close. missouri's governor calling up the national guard to help keep people off water-logged dietz says: "..there's a lot of stuff gonna mean, if i can get back to valley park, got a bunch of of businesses down get more serious
