new rate structure for solar customers say there's still hope when it comes to delaying the price hike. fox 5's abby theodros tells us the latest in nevada's drawn out solar battle. she joins us live from the newsroom. the attorney general's bureau of consumer protection and "the alliance for solar choice" filed a motion that would delay that rate hike from taking effect until it was re- evaluated by the public utilities commission of nevada. as the new rate structure stands - basic fees will go up and the credit for excess energy put back on the grid by solar customers will go down. a group of opponents-who say the change is unfair and harms both solar businesses and customers filed a stay that would delay the new structure until the commission rehears it. one solar alliance attorney said at the very least the motion will give people time to process the changes. louise helton - owner of 1 sun solar electric: "definitely any uncertainty definitely hurts

police thwarting an attempted attack exactly one year after islamic militants killed 12 people in the french capital. greg palkot has more from europe. a paris police station targeted. officers shooting and killing a man armed with a knife, and wires coming from his clothes. the attacker said to have yelled "god is great" in arabic. his suicide belt later determined to be a fake. the incident happening shortly after french president francois hollande addressed law enforcement officials in another part of the city. hollande says: "..probably not in decades has your mission been more necessary, more demanding. because terrorism is not done burdening our country with this formidable threat."
