maddela. i'm john huck. eye witnesses say the students were sprayed more than once. fox5's abby theodros joins us with more on what happened. it all started when ccsd police say a teen resisted arrest. shortly after a crowd of curious teens surrounded the officer and things got out of hand. take a look at this video. an officer uses pepper spray on a crowd of high schoolers coughing police say it started when a teen trespassing on the high school campus wouldn't leave when an officer asked. dozens of students watched it all unfold - one student even throwing a rock at the officers head. police say the officer then used the pepper spray to break up the crowd. dalesi contreras -witnessed the event, junior: all of a sudden i see pepper spray and there's wind... it just pushed over here and we were all just coughing. like hectic. everyone was leaving, running we didnt know what was going

was there and says the officer used the spray at least three times - making it difficult to breathe. what if somebody else had athsma or breathing problems and you dont know and hes having an athsma attack right there and he just cant breath. and he's passing out right there. so its like - thats not right. contreras also showed the video to her mother who says under no circumstances should an officer use pepper spray on a child. martha contreras - it infuriates me. i understand he got overwhelmed but maybe he could have handled it a little pepper sprayed a bunch of kids. will be kids. martha contreras- that gets me really daughter says had athsma and what if somebody would have passed out. what would he have could have differently. some students i said the student in trespassing and in fact attended the el dorado high school.

" we dont have all the details worked out, we are looking at various forms of operation of these parking facilities, were going to select the method that is going to be best for our company, for our customers, and for our employees." a fox5 source says the parking fee's will start around april, but there's going to be a grace period for locals.

question. will the mgm resorts parking fees discourage you from visiting the company's properties? so far 92 percent say yes.... 4 percent say no... and 4 percent say they are not sure. at least six people were injured in a crash late this afternoon... including a child. it happened around 1:30 at the corner of cheyenne and rancho.... officers were originally called for a burglary--- officers then saw a vehicle they say matched the description of the getaway vehicle.... and pulled it over. "the vehicle orginally pulled over, but while officers were formulating an arrest team and arrest plan the vehicle took off." incident in 2010. last tuesday officer david denton was arrested for a d- u-i near tropicana and decatur boulevard. he was off duty at the time... it turns out denton was arrested in november 2010 after getting into accident--- he told police at the time he had a few drinks before he got in the car. denton has been on the force for 15 years... the company that provides contract drivers to r-t-c talks about safety... after police say an r-t-c bus drove up on a sidewalk and killed a pedestrian last weekend. students have read. here's a look at nearly 21- thousand glow sticks in a chain at brookman elementary school. it's part of the "reading makes us bright" program... and to break a guiness world record attempt! las vegas comedy magician adam london sponsored the event with his wife alana -- who is a fourth-grade teacher at the school. each glow stick represents a book read during the first semester. students were also tested on the reading material.
