is part of the basis for the problem in this case holland was arrested in december 2010 on charges related to sexually assaulting girls and women from his church. he was then charged with lewdness with a minor in 2011. holland then fled nevada and was eventually found in tijuana where he was arrested by mexican police. while the prosecution argues that holland met with the victims in private and pretended like he was counseling them, the defense argues that the victims were scorned by holland and jealous to be sharing his attention. again the jury wrapped up for today. they will begin deliberations tomorrow morning at nine. prosecutors say holland is scheduled in henderson justice court tomorrow for an appearance related to the newly filed charges. but it will likely be postponed because pending deliberations in

prosecutors have upgraded the criminal case against lakeisha holloway. she's the woman accused of intentionally driving a car into a crowd of pedestrians on the strip - killing one person - and injuring dozens. clark county d-a steve wolfson filed new felony charges against holloway - including 30 counts of attempted murder - bringing the total to 71. a judge set a court date for february 4-th her attorney says she plans to plead not guilty. the nevada taxicab authority may be losing its authority in its future. a new audit says its cheating tens of millions of dollars from passengers. fox 5's ophelia young is live - from the taxi pickup area - at mccarran international airport. in this report auditors claim - riders are paying as much as 47 million dollars too much for their rides - and they blame the board members of the taxicab authority. the report criticizes decisions they've made in recent

card fee- saying clark county is one of a few places that has one at all. they also go into a decision to reallocate a fuel surcharge. the authority approved temporarily raising mileage rates when gas prices went up. when gas prices dropped - the report says they somehow found a way to keep the surcharge. "what they actually did was take about half and put it into the permanent rate so part of that 20 cents became a permanent increase." now the permanent rate is 8 cents more per mile - with an added fuel surcharge- 12 cents per mile. the reporte the unnecessary fees together cost riders and the economy up to 47 million dollars. the report also alleges board members overstepped their roles by turning over decisions made by the taxicab authority's administration. none of the board members appeared at the presentation of the report yesterday. that report calling for the

"..i believe today's discussion gave every minister the opportunity to discuss with their governments what else they can bring to the table." defense secretary ash carter meeting with his counterparts from six countries taking part in the u-s led coalition against isis. this comes as more than a dozen airstrikes were carried out in iraq tuesday. isis has been hit by more than 97- hundred airstrikes so far. the operation is also providing basic combat training to more than 16-thousand personnel.

police trooper al ashby . he helped the boy... after his mom's car was rear-ended on an interstate. nobody was seriously hurt... by the trooper's friendly assistance made a scary situation a whole lot easier. "i was scared. i was really crying. i was crying super bad. and then i give myself a headache."
