the movie production for the next installment of the bourne movie with actor matt damon... is being filmed... on the other side of the las vegas boulevard. for the past few nights crews have been filming at the now closed riviera hotel. this has caused a traffic headache for drivers and tourists. this is a live picture from that area. right now there are no crews in sight... and its not causing any delays. thought the police cars and activity from this officer involved shooting was part of the movie filming. metro police sent a special task force to evict squatters from a northwest valley home. after months of complaints from neighbors - now two of the four suspects are in custody... they are jesse jordan and jacquese shockley - who police say took over a house and used it as a crime hub. last night-- the operation lasted around an hour, after calling out several times-- swat entered the house, they found

two of the suspects came back to the home, one is being charged with meth... when they respond to these types of squatter cases they come illegal activity... house was taken care of, we found some illegal weapons in there , we found evicence of illegal drug use, and were investigating now what we believe was a fraud lab being this residence." area say the suspects took over the house in june, this isnt the first squatter problem they've had. metro says their biggest obsticle is getting to the original home owner, and having them name themselves a victim so they could get these people out. two of the suspects are in custody and two more still out there. in a follow up to a breaking news story we brought you last night at 11... metro says the man killed in a shooting, was visiting his family when he was shot outside his car.

the storm on the east coast is causing a lot of havoc for travelers here in las vegas. it was a busy week of conventions... so about two hundred thousand people are trying to get home. mccarran international airport says airlines are doing a good job of keeping passengers informed about what's going on with their flights. many airlines are waiving fees for those who need to change their

fox5 viewers might remember metro sergeant john sheahan, who recently retired from the force. he appeared frequently on our "behind the badge" segment and other fox5 stories. tonight, his family needs the community's help. sheahan's wife kristi suffered a stroke two days ago, right before she's in critical condition at the hospital. the sheahans recently had a baby boy. the metro community is rallying around the family to raise money for her medical bills... and we here at fox5 are thinking about the sheahans tonight. if you want to help, we have their fundraiser page on the links page of our website, fox5 vegas dot com. football fans have their weekend planned out... as they watch to see who's headed to the super bowl! plenty of them
