happened with the robbery... if a weapon was used or any threats or if the robber got away with anything. the bank is not speaking with us but i did leave messages with their pr people reporting live ew ffn llv police are investigating a shooting.... that left one person dead. it happened at a home on kennewick drive - near mojave and vegas valley that's where we find fox five's ophelia young... with the latest details. police ripped down some of the crime scene tape so yes we are able to take a closer look at the home in front of which a man was shot to death.

find him having a hard time breathing - he was taken to sunrise - survive. conversation with the victim's roommates who lives in the same house. he says around 1:30 this afternoon - the victim answered the door and a third former room mate who is a female - was there with her boyfriend to pick up some remaining belongings. the room mate tells me the victim and the woman and her boyfriend got into an argument over rent. and that the argument was moved into the front yard where the woman and her boyfriend were said to climb back into their truck. thats when police believe the argument turned deadly. dan mcgrath metro homicide "they were arguning and i guess they have previos history over money and they were threatening each other and they came over aqnd had argument in front yard and shot fired from pick up truck and truck was standing parked...theyre

dee haney last monday -- near green valley parkway and la mesa drive. the couple met with haney. he shares custody of a four-year-old girl with guise. police say coleman shot the child's father several times. haney died at the scene. police tell us the couple took off with the child. they were arrested a day later. both are charged with open murder. guise will be back in court february 16-th... and coleman the 22-nd. a california woman has filed a federal civil rights lawsuit seeking at least 225-thousand dollars from las vegas metro police, a former patrol officer and his partner at the time. in the lawsuit, amanda vizcarrondo-ortiz claims she suffered permanent face, neck and back injuries during her arrest just over a year ago for littering and loitering for prostitution charges. charges that were later dropped. metro fired the arresting officer, richard scavone in september. scavone was then indicted last month on federal excessive-force and obstruction charges. he plead not guilty, and awaits

no one was hurt after a small fire broke out in the baggage claim area of mccarran international airport. the clark county fire department responded to the fire around 3-30 this morning - but the flames had already been put out by fire extinguishers. authorities say the fire was on a carpet - and caused by an electrical cord that shorted in an area of the terminal one baggage claim that has been closed off to the public for floor replacement. no operations at the airport were disrupted. a former charter school music teacher has been arrested in connection to a lewdness investigation - dating back to 2012. william crawford - who is now 49 - is accused of having inappropriate physical contact with two 12-year- old female students while he was employed as a music teacher at somerset academy's centennial parkway campus. two weeks ago - detectives obtained a warrant for crawford's arrest - and he was taken into custody yesterday. a couple is accused of indecent behavior - while on the high roller

wheel. philip panzica and chloe scordianos... were arrested on february 5th for sex acts in public... the police report says a high roller employee saw the pair smoking inside one of the glass cabins and undressing... the employee asked them over the intercom to put out the cigarettes and put on their clothes... they paused - before continuing with their behaivor - and ignoring further police say the pair were met by security - when they got off the ride - and were police. they were booked in the clark county detention center, they posted 3-thousand dollars bail and are set to be back in town for court next month. we'll have more on what was seen by employees on security cameras... with a live report coming up at fox five news at six. we have some breaking news... out of new hampshire the associated press is declaring two winnners in the presidential primaries. donald trump is declared the winner of the republican side.

ten people dead. nearly one- hundred others are injured. investigators say it's possible the trains were traveling at a speed of up to 60 miles-per-hour. the point of collision is on a curve - and it's possible the drivers of each train did not see each other. that means the trains could have hit without braking - even though an automatic breaking system is in place on that stretch of track.
