police say the driver was arrested... and taken to u-m-c with minor injuries. investigators believe he's the person tied to the bank robbery. traffic was back to normal around four p-m. a couple is accused of indecent behavior - while on the high roller observation wheel. philip panzica and chloe scordianos... were arrested on february 5th for sex acts in public... the police report says a high roller employee saw the pair smoking inside one of the glass cabins and undressing... the employee asked them over the intercom to put out the cigarettes and put on their clothes... they paused - before continuing with their behaivor - and ignoring further warnings. police say the pair were met by security - when they got off the ride - and were handed over to police. they were booked in the clark county detention center, they posted 3-thousand dollars bail and are set to be back in town for court next month. we'll have more on what was seen by employees on security cameras... with a live report coming up at fox five news at six. police are

shooting.... that left one person dead. it happened at a home on kennewick drive - near mojave and vegas valley that's where we find fox five's ophelia young... with the latest details. were right across from the home here where investigators are still documenting and processing the scene. theyre especially focused on the front yard thats where police say the man shot once in his upper body - fell to his death. this is what police say lead up to the shots. "there was some type of argument in the front yard there is a female involved, male involved in the best information i have is there is a silver pickup truck, the male and female were in the pickup truck the shot was fired from the pickup truck stiking the descedenat rigth as he was in the front yard. " i spoke with one of the room mates in the house who gave us a little more detail. he says around

afternoon - the victim answered the door and a third former room mate who is a female - was there with her boyfriend to pick up some remaining belongings. the room mate tells me the three of them - victim and the woman and her boyfriend got into an argument over rent. he says the argument moved into the front yard where the woman and her boyfriend climbed back into their truck. one of them - police dont know which - shot the victim in the front yard. police believe they know who the suspects are but are still looking for them theyre also looking into the criminal history of the home. neighbors say they've noticed suspicious activity from the house. we are still waiting for the block to open up to talk with neighbors about what they've seen. reporting. if you have any information that could help police.. call crime stoppers at 702- 385-5555. super bowl 50 is in

putting more money into a virtual line system that it blamed for long wait times last summer. the state board of examiners voted tuesday to expand a five-year contract with vendor "q-less" by about 300- thousand dollars - to more than 800-thousand. "q-less" offers services such as dash pass... which allows customers to check into a virtual dmv line and walk to the window when their time is ready. the dmv last summer blamed the system's remote check-in option for long wait times - saying people who checked in from home and didn't show up made lines worse. the company disputed the theory. the dmv scaled back the service but rolled out what it called an improved version a few months later. the world's largest sports book -- westgate superbook -- celebrates its new renovations. clark county commissioners... las vegas mayor carolyn goodman... and

were part of the champagne toast. westgate las vegas says the 25- thousand square foot sports book is now the most technologically advanced in the city. it has the largest indoor l-e-d video walls and highest resolution screens... along with one of the largest sports betting menus. "it certainly has been big hit with our fans. a lot of guests coming here for years. and when you come here and look at these pictures, which are 2.5 pixel rate. you wont find any resolution or clarity at this time." the sports book also added 400 seats and 19 wagering windows... along with interactive player terminals wagering -- so you can bet right from your seat. there was a huge turnout at the sports books for the super bowl over the weekend. but- now - we're already moving on to super bowl 51 next year. the early odds are out and carolina and new england are the early favorites at 8- or 7-1. denver... who will
