"we came from the tropicana we were going back to the luxor we were blocked so we had to walk half a block to the front then they wouldnt let us back up to our room there were sections in the lobby that were roped off and they wouldnt let us come back to our rooms." the call came in after 11 this morning - metro says guest service found several

including a liquid in a hotel room. they won't say if it was drugs or something explosive - nor would they describe where and in what sort of container it was found. around 3 today investigators decided it was not dangerous. but their investigation isnt over. "in any sort of situation we always look at all the situations surrounding it to who was in it who had acceess as we move forward" police are still looking into if this is a criminal case - who is or was staying in that room - how the liquid ended up there. for the meantime - im told luxor is saying sorry to evacuated guests with free exhibit and spa passes. guests i've spoken with says it wasnt the hotels fault and there was plenty to do here on the strip anyway.
