will be arrested." federal agents moved in and surrounded them at the malheur national wildlife refuge wednesday night... a heated telephone call with f-b-i negotiators eventually followed. casey: "we heard all 4 were safe." casey: "very relieved. we never wanted bloodshed. we're glad everyone is safe." they were the last holdouts from a group that originally seized the federal refuge some forty-one days ago. they were there in protest...demanding the u.s. government turn land over to locals...and release two ranchers sent to prison for setting fires on federal land. meantime, cliven bundy was arrested on separate federal conspiracy and weapons charges...as he arrived on a commercial flight in portland, oregon wednesday night. case says: "just a little more police presence than normal, up here in the front of our store and on the side." reporter says: "and did you have any idea what they were doing here or what was going on?" case says: "i did not." cliven was involved in a standoff with federal authorities near his nevada ranch back in two- thousand- fourteen....over federal land use and grazing rights issues. he was recently

give up...and was reportedly traveling to the refuge. cliven's son, idaho rancher ammon bundy, had been the leader of the oregon occupation. ammon and 10 others were arrested in january. (on cam tag) the oregon occupiers are now facing charges including conspiring to impede federal officers. in burns, oregon, dan springer, fox news. the bundy family tells fox5 they believe federal agents are picking off their family one by one. fox five's cyndi lundeberg is live from bunkerville... after speaking to the family members who remain out at the bundy ranch. i asked the bundy's how they're feeling they said the mood is intense and they're upset... they tell me if cliven bundy was such a threat why did they wait two years to arrest and charge him... they say cliven was encouraged by assembly woman michele fiore to go to oregon...

the bundy ranch a few weeks ago cliven told us he would not be going to oregon..the family says that changed after talking to fiore... she wanted him to go up there and help get everyone still on the refuge out safely... right now their main concern is for cliven they say he needs medication he's not getting... closed captioning will resume momentarily there are a bunch of people that have come to watch the bundy ranch in clivens absence...

glen street. that's in the far west valley... near lone mountain and the 215. the man has not yet been identified. metro is asking for your help finding those responsible for at least 75 break-ins in the valley since late november they target small busineses after hours and often cause more damage than anything else. fox5's les krifaton joins us live outside one of those businesses which was hit late last year. the cops tell us they have made arrests but what they believe are the two ring leaders they are still going at it. and these guys are hitting businesses allover the valley. 9:28:20 they break in they get into the restaurant to get money for sure they couldn't find anything. at frijoles and freacas they have a sense of humor about what happened here in mid december. the owners posted a security camera video facebook

tongue and cheek narritive of what these two suspects were doing. 32:07 back in november we started seeing a rash of burglaries that restaurants. they were predominantly starting to his the northwest part of the valley. these are the two guys cops are looking for. hard to identify them since they are wearing hoodies. lt. nick farese with metro says these guys have been hitting these small businesses valleywide from north las vegas into henderson and all points in between. these businesses whether they are chain restaurants or individually owned mom and pop type establishments, they incur costs with this. just ask franciciso salas chef and co- owner at frijoles and freacas in their case about $3 or 4 thousand dollars damage.for him as a new business that was a big hit but the bigger hit was the emotional toll the break-in had on him and the staff. we got scared now there are at least two men in the restaurant at all times along with the female staff.for them it's safety in numbers.and while so far the robbers hjaven't encountered anybody inside the places they

"her work on human trafficking around the world, as you know this has been an issue that is near and dear to me in all the work i've done in nevada focused on paricularly anti-sex laws and helping our kids here. cortez masto is in a race of her senate. she's running against republican heck... who has yet anyone in the presidential race. that's not all. hillary clinton also picked up endorsement today - in washington. this comes as clinton faces off against bernie sanders tonight - of democratic contenders. joel waldman has more from washington.

now, according to documents released monday, warner- chappell music, that's the company that claims to own the rights to the song, will have to pay $14-million to settle a class- action lawsuit. now, this has been hung up in the courts since 2013, when a company making a documentary about the song filed the lawsuit, claiming it should be in the public domain. there have been rulings and appeals since then, all the while, tv, music, and film industries, they've had to pay if they wanted to use it. and by the way, that 16-word song america sings before digging into cake and ice cream, well it's a classic in more ways than one. they tune was written way back in 1893 by sisters, mildred and patty hill but the judge ruled that there's actually no evidence that the duo wrote the lyrics to the song. in washington, dianne gallagher.
