"my mailbox number 11 looks like they pried it open with some type of crowbar...they probably got about 8 of these boxes broken into."

"how do you report idea waht was in tax preparer mike fairchild knows the feeling...he's had his mailbox stolen too- literally. "the entire mailbox home to get the mail and there was nothing there." he's not surprised to hear about the rash of mail thefts. while w2's can be searched online - employers are required to also send it by mail - and w2's along with retirement, investment, and mortgage interest statements show the full social security number - which is the key to... "everything! because your social security number is tied to just about everything you do credit cards bank statements your bank account your investments everything." mike's advice...use your social

before someone else does. "file as soon as you can the first tax return that gets electronically filed is the one that gets processed." he suggests direct depositing your refund - checking your credit score regularly - and watch your mail. that's task has been a little harder for gary - he's still waiting for his tax papers - at the post office. "i have to get in line and cruise through the line for 20 minutes to half hour." while he awaits the post office to fix his mailbox - broken three weeks ago. and those in the neighborhood say its the older mailboxes like the one ive been standing at - with the square doors that seem to have weaker more pliable metal. the thieves seemed to avoid the newer mailboxes with the rectangular doors - neighbors believe those mail stations are made with sturdier metal. reporting live. two people are hurt after a stabbing at an apartment complex on the northwest side of the valley.

we are reading too much into last weeks results from new hampshire given superdelegates can change their vote at anytime right up to and including the weekend of the national convention, first off what is a superdelegate? they have the ability to commit to whomever they want but they can change their commitment anytime as well. college of southern nevada political science professor mark peplowski says regular delegates have to stick to the candidate their group voted for in the caucus process. so why let superdelegates change their vote at anytime? it's a belief in the leadership that there is a certain party core of party leaders who are more sophisticated in their knowledge of party politics, party platform and the history of the candidates that they could make an more educated and informed decision on behalf of the party. in nevada four of the 8 superdelegates are elected, two are appointed and the other two are senator harry reid and representative dina titus. erin bilbray is an elected nevada superdelegate who is supporting bernie sanders.
6:06 pm
more the message than the messenger she says most superdeleges follow the popular vote. last week bernie sanders easily won new hampshire but walked away with the same amount of delegates as hillary clinton. she thinks too much is being read into the superdelegate's role right now. these superdelegates they unpledge, they don't have to stay committed to who they are. i think that should have waited until closer to the convention a good example of how the superdelegates can tip the scales happened in 2008 when then senator hillary clinton had majority of the superdelegates heading into the national convention only to see them leave her and back then senator barrack obama. state senator ruben kihuen (key/win) another elected nevada superdelegate doesn't think that will happen again. i do feel all of that work since last year is going to payoff on saturday and that she is going to win not only the popular vote but the delegate vote too ruben kihuen who is not only campaigning for clinton he's also campaigning for himself running
