second arrest report that says ryne brinks was not only texting with but also sending nude photos to students at another school. fox5's ophelia young is at schofield middle school right now with the allegations from another teenaged student. it was after they saw ryne brinks arrested on the news - a mother and another 13 year old approached ccsd saying he also had an inappropriate relationship here at schofield elementary school. the girl told police brinks told her she remind him of a younger version of his then girlfriend. she explains that he began messaging her on instagram and the communication eventually turned sexual - she says they exchanged photos of different body parts and he touched himself inappropriately in videos and phone conversations. she told police the 4 month relationship ended when he started a new job at southern highland prep - where he began texting another 13 year old - a charge he pleaded guilty to to today. metro detectives

cases - with technology in almost every child's hands - this is their advice to parents. "in this day and age a lot of kids and young kids are using social media as a way of communicating, and also texting, it's very important that parents have access to their social media as well as make sure they can get in to their phones to see text messages and information like that." today brinks pleaded guilty to the inappropriate texting in the southern highlands prep case - the las vegas township justice court explains as a part of that plea bargain - the pornography cases from here at schofield be dropped. he is due for sentencing june 8th. reporting live. southern

academy fired brinks in early october. the parent from schofield middle school approached police later that month. clark county school district superintendent pat skorkowsky outlines the district's accomplishments last year and what we can look forward to this fall in his state of the district address. fox5's les krifaton joins us live from the newsroom, les what did skorkowsky have to say he took over the reins of the school district two years ago and his vision seems to have made a difference and he's chomping at the bit to build on the most recent successes. this year's theme for pat skorkowsky's state of the district speech was 'leaping forward'. among the many accomplishments he had the opportunity to talk about was 3 ccsd schools made it into the rankings of the 335 top schools in the country. only miami-dade school district had more schools in that category this year. other accomplishments last year included

graduation rate. the teacher shortage situation could become a thing of the past according to skorkowsky. thanks to a new higher starting salary the superintendent thinks it will become easier to attract more teachers to clark county " we're actually going out to teachers who have 1 to 3 years of experience and teachers that have 29 plus years experience and actually getting them because those are the teachers who would be willing to move." for the next school year skorkowsky wants to continue to improve reading proficiency, diminish the achievement gap, increase the graduation rates, get family and the community more involved in their neighborhood schools, continue to improve student safety and happiness and building on career technology education. technology side bragging rights robot built at memorial. 646 teams from 34 countries, cimarron had the number two robotics team in the world. so things are slowly but surely

few it's nascar week here in the valley .. and there are a few events and one major change you need to know about.. according to the las vegas motor speedway .. there will not be a hauler parade down the strip this year. in a statement, the speedway says this is because the trucks will be coming in from atlanta.... before the big kobalt 400 is sunday. if you are driving to the speedway .. make sure you bring your parking passes. the speedway recommends using the las vegas boulevard entrances to get to various lots .. but as you can see on this map, the lots normally used for 'exotic racing' and drag strip parking are also open .. and you can get to those from the 15 at the speedway

film categories. tiny airplane seats may be getting a makeover. airline seats have been getting smaller and smaller over the years as airlines have been making cuts. the average legroom in most commerical planes has declined by nearly 4 inches, and the width of the seats has narrowed by almost 2 inches. these changes haven't been sitting well with a few customers. now new york senator chuck schumer is out to change that with an add-on to a mandatory f-a-a funding bill.
