nevada officials will keep spending tens of thousands of dollars... to defend a controversial school choice program. the "school choice" lawsuit is in legal limbo right now at the nevada supreme court. the state already spent 420- thousand dollars on outside law firm "bancroft associates" to take on the case. now, nevada officials are approving an additional 125 thousand dollars to defend the program. the "educational savings account program" allows parents to use public education money for private school tuition. organizations like the a-c-l-u say the program is unconstitutional, partially because some of the funds would go to
